Santorini is very crowded, as expected. The half day tour enabled us to see more than we expected in limited time, and get away from the crowds some. Our guide, Vasilis, "Billy", was wonderful. We can't say enough about how great he was. He would have given us more time at each place, but accommodated our need to get back to our ship on time. We were able to walk around Oia, and make stops in Meroviglia, Pyrgos, and Firastefani before returning to Fira and our ship. We feel very fortunate to have chosen Golden Key and have Billy as our guide, as we didn't know what to expect when making the reservation. Our only regret is we were running low on euros, and weren't able to leave as large a tip as we would have liked. We definitely recommend Golden Key, and especially Billy.

Sakis was the absolute best tour guide ever. Even with the crowds from 5 cruise ships coming in to port he made sure we did not miss anything. Asked to make sure we saw the beautiful sunset and he made it so special. He was awesome at coming to find us to keep us on task to make sure we missed nothing. I keep posting each day my favorite to least favorite spot on this cruise and Santorini is still our #1 out of 12 day cruise.

Sakis was an excellent tour guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our half day tour. He picked us up in a clean, new Mercedes and planned the trip to avoid too much walking in the heat. He took us to all of the spots for photos and views as well as a monastery. He explained a lot about the island and gave us recommendations for our return to the islands. Highly recommend Sakis and his company.

We had a great time in Santorini with our guide Sakis. He was very knowledgeable and took us to some unexpected places that were truly amazing. Our favorite was the quiet town of Megalachori. We were unable to get off the ship in time to make our 2pm start and Sakis waited and even extended the tour so we could still se all of the island. All in all it was an amazing experience.

So glad we booked this private half day trip. Our guide for the day Kiriakos was very professional and was able to take us to some great spots that the big coaches weren’t able to get to. With only only 1 day on Santorini this was a great way to do it.

The port shut down tender operations so we were a couple of hours late to our meeting time. Despite that, our guide, Kiriakos, waited for us and still gave us the full time. We were so appreciative of his consideration (especially after we experienced the opposite on Mykonos). He quickly realized my wife loves to take photos and took us to some spectacular view spots that we never would have found on our own in Oia. After that he took us to several great spots. Kiriakos was very friendly, considerate and informative. We ended our tour with lunch at a first class, beachfront restaurant on the southern side of the island, right on the black sand beaches. It was the perfect ending to a great tour.

Bill was our driver and he picked us up from our hotel in a very nice and clean Range Rover. He then took us all around the island sharing his in depth knowledge of the history of the island and lots of facts. I learned a lot about Santorini from Bill. He took us to all the key locations … Red Beach. Monastery, Fira, Oia and a few more in between. He knew all the very photo locations and took plenty of my partner and I. He gave us plenty of time in the bigger areas and definitely maximised our time by pointing us in the right direction. Traffic in Santorini is challenging ! But bill dropped us off in sensible places as close to the centre as he could get and then picked us back up when we rang him. A brilliant tour, very relaxing and a chance to see all of the best sights in Santorini in one go.

Doing a catamaran sunset cruise in Santorini is a must-do, but this one was not the best. The staff was detached and barely engaged with everyone on the boat. They also very loosely followed the itinerary and did not point out the memorable spots or where we stopped at certain points. If you are looking to just sit on a boat for a few hours this would be good, otherwise a different tour would probably be better.

He knew where to go to avoid the crowds so we were at the tourist places a step ahead of the crowds without all those daunting long queues and hectic traffic jams! Vassilis (Bill) was on top of everything, the communication was great prior to our visit, then he made our day very special with the perfect balance between explaining all about the island and letting us chill out as well.

Fantastic time with Kiriakos. He took us on an amazing tour across Santorini, and we got to experience so many things. He was knowledgeable and very attentive throughout the day. While he was taking us to experience so many new things, he also got to experience something new, too. As luck would have it, the Profitis Elias Monastery is only open to the public one day per year, and that was the day of our trip. He said he had never been inside before. It was so beautiful!

Our tour was perfect for our group! We wanted to see the hidden gems and the more mainstream views. Kiriakos gave us that and then some! He provided some history and background but also kept us interested! The views were amazing and the insights he provided were something only a local who loves his job could share.
The communication, pre planning and suggestions of things to be sure to do while in Santorini made the whole experience amazing. Couldn’t recommend this more!

Very clean car nice experience. Enjoyed the wine tasting stop. Maybe we could have stop a the beach longer the island was crowded. Easy to fine driver show up exactly on time. Remember you have take cable car to meet driver or walk up 500 steps.
