Overview

Excellent Tour in the Coffee Country

The private tour with Gustavo was excellent. He arrived promptly at the lodge to pick us up. He was very personable and his English very good. We walked on the paths in the Corcoran valley where he was very familiar with the plants and animals. Later we visited Aurora coffee company, a small coffee farm. He knew the owner and thoroughly explained the process from bean to coffee. Lastly, we walked through Salento, where he talked about the history of. A member of our group had mobility issues and Gustavo easily accommodated our group. I highly recommend this tour.

Relaxing day trip from Santa Marta

Marten from Iguanas Tours provided us with an excellent day. Two waterfalls were very refreshing and relaxing and his knowledge of the working of the coffee farm was very informative. Also, the trip gets you out of the Santa Marta heat and into a more mild climate. Bug spray is a must, as the small flies near the waterfalls do bite. Highly recommend
