What a wonderful experience to begin a Birthday weekend. I received a text from Joseph my driver literally as the plane was landing. He introduced himself and explained there was an emergency and that someone else would greet me at baggage. I was greeted by name and told where to meet Joseph. The ride with Joseph was so eventful as he shared his love for Puerto Rico with historical references and local eateries. This is your airport transfer travel partner when traveling to PR and ask for Joseph.

Harold was THE BEST! We came with large bike boxes and we weren’t sure if they would fit, but our driver Harold was incredibly accommodating - he’s was on the phone with his team to get another vehicle in the event they didn’t fit. We did eventually get the bike boxes in the car and Harold gave us a smooth ride to our hotel and, even after we arrived, helped us with restaurant recommendations! A plus service!

We had just gotten off the Epic in San Juan. I did not hear from my driver as I had previously. I tried to contact the local company three times with no response. I saw a van and approached him. He was with the same company and Pierre made sure they contact us and we were picked my a really sweet young lady (sorry I can't remember her name). Customer Service Needs Work

The vehicle was as nice as promised but the customer service definitely needs work… After a hectic and long day of travel stress (with multiple flight, gate, and ticket changes) we were met with a scolding by text message from our driver, Pablo, who was upset that our flight got in an hour later than expected. Once we finally met Pablo in person, we endured a lackluster greeting, an awkwardly silent car ride, and a hurried drop-off. It was a real bummer and a terrible way to start our much anticipated Puerto Rican vacation. This company needs to better train their staff to track flights online and/or develop a different method of customer communication that takes some of the inherent chaos of modern air travel into consideration.
