Left us stranded on Christmas eve with no help from viator

No call no show for my family on Christmas eve. We booked this transfer a month in advance for them to not answer our messages, calls or emails and leave my family stranded in Costa Rica. As you can imagine, it was next to impossible to find another driver on such short notice on a holiday. We paid almost $400 for this transfer only to pay another $400 after waiting 4 hours for someone else to pick us up. And VIATOR DID NOTHING! JUST REPEATED IM SORRYS. Terrible customer service and no empathy.
