    if you book a airport pick up we are located under the awning # 10 . where awning or canopy 10 are located ? sooner you are out of line of customs keep walking dont talk dont even make a eye contact with the time shared representatives when you are exiting and crossing the last sliddings doors front of you will see like a shades,awnings or canopys those has a number on the top cieling from 1 up to 13 keep walking to 10 we will waiting for you . advice airport can be very chaotic a some hrs dont be stress call us if you need some assistance . thank you

    Forgotten pick up

    We visited Cabo in December for Christmas and that trip ended with them forgetting about us. The pickup wasn’t the issue however our return trip to the airport is another story. Our pick up time came and gone. We had to call the pick up company and they said they had no pick up info. They said the have bad communication with Viator and they blamed Viator for dropping the ball. We had 2 small children traveling with my wife and I, the reason why we even booked a private shuttle was because we needed car seats. 5 min after I made the call the shuttle was there but with no car seats. Needless to say I paid for service that I didn’t get. The shuttle drive said I didn’t have a pick up and I was cleaning my van when they called me. So let’s talk about the drive to the airport. I guess dispatch told the driver they were late so the drive was driving like he was apart of the fast and furious crew and mind you he’s driving like this without the car seats we ordered. Needless to say we were very disappointed. They blamed. Viator and Viator blamed the shuttle service. At the end of the day do your do diligence don’t get bamboozled like we did. Paid for service we never got.

    We provided both arrival and departure service, and we explained the car seat situation upon your departure. We mentioned the problem with the accident on the highway and that the car wouldn't arrive on time for you. I decided to send another car to provide the ride to the airport. We fulfilled our duty to take you and bring you back. I'm sorry, we don't control the highway, or do we not own it. I think you should understand that. Even so, I called you and offered my sincere apologies for what happened. I had no choice: either leave you or provide the ride..my deppest apologies sincerely armando polo.note: thats how logistic works .
