Great. They were so nice and accommodating. We were able to change location of drop off. Worth the money to see the island.
Driving around the island was truly a must-do experience. The island is beautiful, with many stops and activities along the way.
Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with our rental from this company, specifically with the Kawasaki mules. They picked us up at the airport and brought us to our Airbnb. At that time, the representative informed us there was no parking on our street, despite us advising that the Airbnb owner had confirmed there was free parking available. The rental company parked the vehicle, gave us the key, and we began exploring the island.
When we returned and parked the vehicle in the same spot where it had been originally parked by the rental company, it was gone an hour or two later. I immediately contacted the company to ask if they had picked up the car. They initially replied yes and also asking if we had filled it up with gas. I informed them that we hadn’t had the chance because they took the vehicle. They then responded that they had not taken the vehicle but later stated it had been towed due to a festival in the area. They informed us the vehicle would be in the tow yard for a few days and that we would be responsible for the full towing charges and the rental fees for the days it was impounded.
We responded that it was not our responsibility to cover the towing charges. As visitors, we were unfamiliar with the local regulations and had parked the vehicle where the rental company had initially left it. Eventually, we proposed to settle the matter by paying $75, as we believed it was unfair to be held fully accountable for the towing costs without adequate information from the rental company.
I believe this was a quick scam since we’re not from the country they may have just took the vehicle themselves and claimed a towing company took it so they can earn a few extra dollars
Consumer be aware when renting vehicles ask questions make sure there’s free parking and let the rental company know if it’s safe or not to park in certain streets where you’re leaving your vehicle at your Airbnb

We had a great experience with driving the Kawasaki Mule around San Andres. It allowed us to freely and comfortably see the hot spots. Khaled was very helpful and even picked up us form the airport and dropped us off at home afterwards. Would definitely recommend renting one
