If I could leave negative stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are scammers! First of all, the ticket, how it was worded and labeled, was supposed to be for circuit 2. When I got the email confirming the ticket, he informed me it was for circuit 3, which does not allow you to see the full view that Machu Picchu is famous for. THEN when I got the ticket it was actually for the Inca trail!! My hired guide said we would have to lie and tell the government staff that I didn’t do the Inca trail hike because I fell ill. What?! Because you can’t just go to the regular entrance with a whole in a trail hike. THEN when we got to the entrance gate and told them that, they were fine with the explanation we gave (lie) but they had no record of me in their system! (The Peruvian government required passport info and all of that is recorded on your entrance ticket.. which I provided when I purchased the ticket and the ticket I was sent had my info on it) but in their system they pulled up the ticket and MY INFO WAS NOT ATTACHED!!! if I didn’t have my guide with me pleading in Spanish for them to let me in, I would have traveled ALL THE WAY TO PERU FOR NOTHING!!!!! I had to give them my passport as collateral and go to an office back in aguas callientes after touring Machu Picchu and PAY FOR ANOTHER TICKET BECAUSE THE ONE I BOUGHT FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY WAS NO GOOD!!!! I almost missed my train back to ollantetambo because of it! The Peruvian government said this happens a lot and that I needed to report them and get my money back! I have the receipt from having to pay again. Viator needs to do better vetting these companies selling tickets to Machu Picchu!! Horrible, HORRIBLE experience and they better refund my original money!!!!!
I don’t think I will ever use Viator again for any of my tour or ticket needs. You obviously do not care about letting scammers on your site to sell to unassuming and vulnerable travelers who are TRUSTING you to be legitimate! Shame on you!

After booking our entire trip, we went to book Machu Picchu entrance tickets and they were completely sold out for the day we planned, as well as weeks after that. We got so lucky that we saw this posting (and it was the only posting with tickets for that day). Thanks to this service, we received the last-minute tickets and were able to go on our trip to Machu Picchu. It's of course more expensive than booking directly on the Peru website, but we had no choice. Highly recommend this service if you are struggling to book the entrance tickets.

Basically this is just a service that books your ticket for you because the real website is really confusing. Not worth the extra money to have them book it for me. They waited too long to book my ticket with the original website so I was not able to go at the time I wanted with my friends. It would have been better to just book it myself.

Si on ne prend qu'un circuit c'est effectivement plutôt le 2 mais c'est un peu frustrant de contourner sans y rentrer le quartier bas. On peut pour ça et pour la vue certainement geniale ajouter le circuit 3 mais il faut avoir la forme.

No os aconsejo comprar con esta compañía, son intermediarios y no se responsabilizan por los cambios y las cancelaciones de ultima hora de sus colaboradores.. me cancelaron unas entradas a machu pichu 24 horas de mi llegada.. ni me devuelven el dinero no se responsabilizan.. mal servicio de atencion al cliente.. pienso denunciarles
