There was a issue with the buss tickets and getting on the bus had to go to their office and straighten it out

Machupicchu center is an authorized place to buy site and bus tickets from Agua calientes. Francisco was always available on the 800 number from the US and helped make sure everything was in order including adding a guide for us (you can get a guide when you get off the train in Agua but it’s a bit chaotic - most looked legit but I wanted certainty and experience. Just ask the guide to have a sign to find them!) my only real advice is to consider getting the train from ollantaytambo vs Urubamba. Yes, it’s cool to get a train onsite from the tambo del inka hotel but the section to ollantaytambo took 90 minutes at 6am and cost $120 each. Save some money and time and get a cab for $15 to Ollan at 645am and have plenty of time to catch 740am to Agua calientes on Inca rail for $70 each. Otherwise it’s a long day and you don’t want tired kids at MP. Amazing day. Thanks for the help.

The cost of your tickets was very expensive compared to other sites. Your website said you would get that the ticket gave you six hours, no correct. They make you leave after the guided tour of 2.5 hours, which was not included for the hundred and twenty dollars. Your site charged thirty more dollar sites offering the samething. There was no one to help when I got there. You charge eighteen dollars for the bus ticket when you can buy it at Aguas Caliente for 12 dollars. Overpriced

Must take private tour to Machi Pichu because private guide knew where to see most beautiful views

Everything was good until we got to the bus ride and they said the combo tickets that I ordered through Viator was only good for the entrance into Machu Picchu not the bus. Viator never explained that we needed another ticket for the bus though it says on the voucher bus plus Machu Piccchu passes. The actual Machu Picchu entrance tickets that you download on their PDF is in Spanish so we did not know that we needed bus tickets, even though we paid for them. Not much of a combo. Better show up many hours early because you can be in line for hours to get your bus tickets.
