It is important that you are ready at least five minutes before the scheduled departure time please wait outside by your hotel main door. The pick was on time and friendly. Can’t remember the name of the driver. The zoo is excellent. Dress warmly. Hand warmers definitely recommended at this time of year. Amazing to see the animals and birds out in the cold. No polar bears and the brown bears were hibernating but that was okay. Great trail. Would highly recommend this tour!

This tour was just transportation to and from the Zoo for us and that was flawless. Communication, talking to the driver and the vehicle itself were top. The only thing was that depending on the configuration 3h at the Zoo may feel right

Good ride, driver was nice. Felt a little pricey for ride but would have paid the same for a uber or bolt driver, van had WiFi and charging port which was helpful

Too bad Viator does not organize/include the zoo visit in this activity.
