Experience the magic of Lapland’s untouched wilderness by moonlight with this nighttime snowmobile safari outside of Rovaniemi. Take off behind your guide to zip across the snow-covered countryside under a canopy of stars and see if you can spot the Northern Lights. Stop to warm up around a bonfire with hot snacks and juice and learn about the legends and science behind the Aurora Borealis before the thrilling ride back to the trailhead.

Please arrive on time at the meeting point. The bus will leave exactly on the given time. If you miss the pick up time we will not refund the excursion. The pick-up time from Rovaniemi city center (Korkalonkatu 32): 50 minutes before safari starting time. The pick-up from Santa Claus Village (bus stop Napapiiri I by the main road) 35 minutes before safari starting time.

My friends and I really enjoyed this tour. Unfortunately we did not see the northern lights but everything else was beautiful ( the stars and surroundings). My bf and I were a bit disappointed though cause our snowmobile stopped working halfway through the tour so me and my other friend gad to ride with the tour guide.
