Only six people in our group given nearing end of season, got plenty of time in the water which was nice and peaceful, the guides were very good and caring, highly recommend for trying it out

Great tour. Unfortunately didn't see the lights as it was overcast but thats the way the cookie crumbles sometimes. The fire in the Tipi was magic too.

i would have given this a 4 star but because our guide was not a good photographer. My friends and I could have taken better photos while we were doing our ice floating.
Andrew was helpful with the guests especially to my friend.
I would recommend that when guest is done. a rope or something a person can hold when climbing back to the ladder. Also, spend more time in the water and have your pictures taken individually or as a group while floating. OR, arrange among your friends/family to do it yourself.

It was a unique experience. My mom and I really loved it. It’s so peaceful to just lay in a frozen lake, see almost nothing, besides the hoped for Northern Lights, and to hear nothing as well. It was wonderful. We would definitely do it again. Our guides, their names were Tommy and Mark I think, were very kind and helpful. They really made you feel safe to go into the water.

A few things that could’ve been better otherwise wouldn’t recommend:
(1) it was an isolated cut out part of lake and was frozen when we arrived (would recommend the other tour with ice breaker for real experience)
(2) the suit was not waterproof- my shirts & pants were soaked - luckily had time to dry them off by the fire pit before heading back
(3) it was a large group with more than 25 people and the guides had to divide us into 3 groups while the others wait in the tent. Also with a large group the second and third groups had less time to experience the floating & we had to use wet suits already worn by the first group
(4) tour started late - by about 20 mins - and ended early (and abruptly)
Overall don’t find the tour worth the money I paid for

Something completely different and out of the ordinary. Shame it was a cloudy night so we didn't get to see the Northern Lights but hey ho you can't control the weather. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend doing something out of your comfort zone.

Even if we could see the northern lights, the experience is unforgettable! Be floating on the middle of a lake watching the starts worth every dólar!

This was awesome. The two young ladies who took us on this trip were just wonderful. Greta and Salla were both very knowledgeable and patient with our questions - as my mum put it - they were First Class. During the bus drive to the site, Greta explained (in a way we could all understand) how the aurora lights are formed, explaining they were a natural occurrence, so while she hoped we would see the lights - they could not guarantee it. When we arrived, half the group were suited up. I went in first and my mother went in the second group. We were guided all the way, on entering and exiting, as we lay there watching the skies - the aurora lights came out and blew us all away. They were amazing. Greta even said they were the best she had ever seen. This whole experience was fantastic and we cannot praise Greta and Salla enough. If you want an experience of a lifetime, I recommend doing the Northern Lights Ice-Floating Adventure in Rovaniemi. 100% Fantastic, Awesome, Incredible.

Highly recommended. Just magic. You get stockings, thin gloves and a waterproof suit at the seaside resort. The guides help with dressing, explain everything suuuuper well and healthy friendly and helpful.
