Absolutely unreal experience! The 6 ziplines, cliff walk and floating stairs were epic from start to finish. Flying over the forest with those views is something I’ll never forget. Huge shoutout to Jacob and Reuben they made the whole adventure next level with their energy, laughs, and knowledge. Super professional but kept it fun the entire time. The free photos were an awesome bonus too. If you’re in Rotorua, this is a must do adventure. I’d do it all again in a heartbeat!

This was very exciting. They had well engineered equipment which made us feel safe. Sam and Max were very experienced professional guides. The rain forest is really beautiful.

Wow! Don’t think twice! Just book the ultimate experience right now. It’s worth every dollar and I wish it lasted longer! Or better yet, that we had time to go again! This was my first Zipline experience and my husband is not a fan of heights…and we both absolutely loved this activity! Our team was awesome. They kept us safe and feeling fully capable. We grew quite close to our group and it was really cool to see everyone overcoming a sense of fear or worry. You can do this! It was epic!

This experience was absolutely amazing. Our guides were awesome - explaining things along the way. They were absolutely hilarious and very friendly. They even managed to help talk me through the ledge jump (was absolutely not anticipating having to jump off a ledge at the end). The zip lining views were absolutely breathtaking. Would absolutely recommend this tour and this company.

Madsen and Lochie are excellent guides. They are both professionals, and also fun and knowledgeable. Nice pace. Not too strenuous but be prepared to climb stairs.

One of the highlights of my New Zealand trip. The ziplines over native forest are thrilling and beautiful, and the guides are professional, friendly, and safety-focused.
Everything was well organized — smooth check-in, quality gear, secure storage, and free photos.
Complementary shuttle bus was a nice touch!
Great value and an unforgettable adventure. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Rotorua.

This magical experience was so much fun! Ziplining high above the forest and through the lush trees was breathtaking. It was a truly immersive adventure. Our guides Mason & Sophia were brilliant, so fun & friendly, but also full of knowledge & were able to answer all our questions. They kept us safe & secure at all times, and really helped everyone enjoy themselves.
The real bonus was learning all the amazing conservation work Rotorua Canopy Tours are doing, and what a beautiful difference they are making in this forest.

Our guides- Annika and Lochr (no doubt I am butchering the spelling of their names! Sorry!) were fantastic! Clearly quite skilled, experienced, never once felt any safety measure was overlooked! The lines and platforms are extremely well maintained and the views are breathtaking! We even saw a very, very small brilliant blue mushroomt on a part where we walked- not sure how Loche (spellbinding, I know!) Ssaw it.the conservation work done here over er the last 10+ years shows in photos and by the abundant, lush canopy and lots of bird songs! Just a great, great trip!

A true 'Immersion in Nature' experience. Very safe but totally exhilarating.
3.5 hours well spent.
A 'Must Do' tourist attraction.
We did the Ulimate Zip Line Package for my husband's 65 Birthday. We are not athletes or sporty by any means, and yet.. We did not struggle in any way.

Awesome experience ziplining and going over suspension bridges. The abseil at the end was also a blast. Good to hear about ongoing conservation efforts. Felt safe the whole time. Our guides Sam and Alex were amazing and entertaining!

Progressive canopy too ziplining with joyful tour guides Mitch and Vincent. Me and my husband went and were mixed with 7 others. Total group of 9 which felt appropriate. The company has a mission toward local forest preservation which was noble. Part of your rate goes to that proceed.

Four of us, retired people ages 68- 80, went on the Ultimate Zipline trip with Mitch and Harry in late October. I, at 75, was seriously terrified and went only to confront the fear and because every else was. My review is that I am so glad that I went. Mitch and Harry helped me (us) and encouraged us at every step with a confident, competent, and kind assistance. I have to admit to some necessary hand holding! Their people skills are amazing and the work they do on an experience like this is heavy-duty and physical, too. An exciting, close up experience in the forest. Safety was always first. Lucky and Jazz did a great job ensuring everyone was safe and enjoying their trip through the beautiful forest. Luck and Jazz did a great job encouraging everyone to maximize the experience. I loved this tour!!!! I would do it again if I had the time.
