Maeto-san was a great guide and took very good care of us, Skytree was an amazing view of Tokyo and lets you appreciate the true vastness of all of Tokyo. Very pleasant day and the sashimi lunch Maeto-san recommended was delicious.

This was the best way to see Tokyo! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and fluent in both English and Japanese. Our driver Mr. T dropped us off in front of each location saving us a lot of extra walking. We had done a lot of touring on our own the day before so our guide had to adjust his plans with new places for us to see and he didn’t disappoint!! We loved going to typical places like Asakusa Sensoji Temple, Skytree and then more unique places like Shinkansen Bonsai Garden where we met Bonsai Master Kunio Kobayashi…a truly unique experience! Highly recommend Christopher Newton as a guide…he provided the perfect mix of history, fun facts, and cultural insights!

So many positive things to say about Chris and the gentleman who drove us around, Mr T. Chris was professional yet laid back and very accommodating to what we wanted to see and do. It was perfect, not too many temples, not too much shopping and just the right amount of scrumptious food.
Chris is knowledgeable, personable, funny and really took the time to get to know us and had great recommendations based on just our conversations.
We loved it so much we booked a second tour with him before our first one ended!

This tour was a true VIP experience, with our guides walking us through both iconic landmarks and local hangouts. The driver picked us up curbside at each stop, which means we could visit a great number of places in one day. The team also provided an efficient itinerary so we could maximize our time. Goto was the most kind and mindful guide we ever had. We had a nice trip to bonsai garden, enjoied special tea ceremony and sacrad places in Tokyo and all of this just for one single day.

Our tour was AMAZING. We wanted an overview of Tokyo and to be able to get around in the massive city and see a lot on our first day. This tour MORE than delivered. We were picked up by our guide, Goto, and a driver right on time and immediately went out to see some famous and hidden spots.
Our favorite was actually a bonsai museum, which we would have never known about otherwise. Goto provided a great overview and adapted to our personal interests. The tour was six hours, which was the perfect amount of time. I was really thankful to have the car as it allowed us to see more in that timeframe.
We were also able to ask a lot of questions about culture and customs, which proved to be useful on the rest of our trip. An added perk was all the photos that Goto took! Thank you for everything -- couldn't recommend this tour enough.

We had a great tour with Goto. He was the best tour guide. We visited many places in a few hours and he took us to a very special bonsai garden. We also went to a sword museum and to the market where he explained to us many important facts. We loved this tour and definitely recommend it

Our time was limited in Tokyo. Yoshi-san driver/guide expertly took us to our top destinations within 6 hours in a spacious AC-van. Very pleased. Highly recommend. Worth every yen.

I booked this tour for my bosses when they had a spare few days in Tokyo between business meetings and it couldn't have been better. It was fantastic. Our guide Goto was very knowledgeable and after talking with us customized a day for us we will never forget. After seeing all the key sites we had an amazing local tempura lunch. To top it all off Goto made suggestions for the rest of our visit and even made a reservation at one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten ate. Fantastic

I recommend this 6 hour private taxi tour if you have limited time in Tokyo and wish to see the main sights in a day.
We had an excellent day with Goto and Tony who was driving that day. We were picked up at our hotel on time and discussed the places we wished to visit. Both Goto and Tony spoke good English and we were able to park close to the main attractions. They looked after us very well and both were able to go round many of the places with us. The day was well organised and we finished at the Imperial palace, close to out hotel. We would have been happy to walk back from there to the Hotel, but Goto and Tony waited for us and dropped us back at the hotel. An excellent tour and a great way to see some of the main places in Tokyo.

Our guide picked us up at the hotel and had some great recommendations that he blended with the two or three specific locations we wanted to visit. The private car itself is a bargain given the cost of taxis in Tokyo, add to that getting details and suggestions from a local, and I'm very pleased that we chose this. I will be passing along our driver's info to my business contact in Tokyo to recommend to other visiting associates.

Mr. Seitaro Suto was assigned as our driver for the 6 hour Private Custom Tokyo Tour, Nov. 11, 2017, a Saturday. He called our hotel room at 8:50 am for the start of the tour at 9:00 a.m. at the Tokyo Grand Hyatt. It was our first time in Japan. Our time was limited for a Saturday. We asked Mr. Suto to follow an itinerary of driving us around the Tokyo areas most tourist visited, and to stop and walk at sites most favored by tourists. Our stops and drive-by's included Asakusa, Akihabara,Ginza, Sky Tree Tower, narrow road shopping districts in Asakusa and Ueno, Also walking trips at the Sensoji Temple and at the Tsukiji Outside Fish Market. The trip was a go-as-you-please itinerary, no rush. Mr. Suto knew the spots to park his vehicle, allowing him time to walk with us and guide us around. Without Mr. Suto, we would be lost in the vast sea of people and skyscraper buildings surrounding all of Tokyo, Japan. This custom trip allowed us to take notes, figure out the subway maps of what and where to visit on our own the next 6 days. Mr. Suto was nice enough to take us for a driving tour through Shibuya and Shinjuku, our next destinations we visited ourselves the next few days. Thanks to our English speaking, friendly and courteous driver. You made our Tokyo, Japan trip a success !

We had a great time touring the shopping districts of Shibuya and Ginza with our guides, Moeto Tokusa and his sister Hanna. We love Moeto and Hanna - they were very patient with us and they accommodated our last minute changes to our itinerary. Not only that they are excellent in spoken english, but they are also very kind, and are experts in finding parking spots near any place where you want to go, be it near a Don Quijote Super Store, or the Loft, or a Kit Kat Chocolatory, they will take you there. At lunch time, we requested them to take us to where we could grab-and-go food. They suggested that we go to a nearby park where we could get food from farmers' market style booths. When we arrived there, to our surprise, we were greeted by the local participants dressed in colorful costumes, some were waving large flags, some were holding banners. It was the festival of Harajuku Omotesando Genki Matsuri, already underway! We had so much fun. Thank you Moeto and Hanna. We will never forget you!
