During this cooking class you will learn how to prepare the real piadina of Romagna according to the igp recipe cooked on the traditional terracotta pan and served together with typical cold cuts and cheeses first of all the Squacquerone.
The second steep of the cooking class is pasta fresca, you will learn how to make delicious cheese strands of pasta called “passatelli”.
You will learn about serving options and sourcing the best ingredients.

Great lunch but more hands on preparation would be better.
Getting to the 'home' was a challenge and the address was not confirmed till 2 days before.

Highly recommended and for Ravenna. A true local perspective beyond the mosaics. The local Emilian cuisine is so different from elsewhere and where better to master traditional recipes than in the home of a true local. An authentic and personal experience - chef Alberto is a delight.
