Nonna's Kitchen: A Forlì Feast

Our cooking class in Forlì was a genuine treat. Hosted by a warm Italian nonna in her family home, we learned to make tagliatelle, ravioli, piadina, and tiramisu. The kitchen was lively with chatter and laughter as we kneaded dough and crafted pasta. Our host shared family recipes and cooking tips, making the experience feel truly authentic. We sipped Italian wines as we cooked, adding to the convivial atmosphere. The class went beyond just cooking - we picked up some Italian phrases too. It was a perfect blend of learning, eating, and cultural immersion. We left with new skills, fond memories, and a deeper appreciation for Italian cuisine. This hands-on experience was definitely a highlight of our trip.
