Well worth the money. It was a long day packed with different activities. The waterfall was incredible, animal park was entertaining , and the activities around Baños were fun. I highly recommend the Spanish tour especially when it’s half the price of the English tour

Falsely advertised Banos tour

If you speak only English don’t book this tour. In the caption it said that this tour would be in both English and Spanish meanwhile the tour guide spoke absolutely no English, me and him had to communicate with google translate. So just a heads up the tour won’t be in English as it is falsely advertised. The tour visited a bunch of nice places but I think it needs to be planned a little better, some stops were way longer than they needed to be.

Additionally, according to our itinerary, hotel pickup is not included as it is stated that all tourists must go to the meeting point. Despite this, we arranged your hotel pickup for an additional cost that remains UNPAID. The shared tour you booked includes breakfast and lunch, both of which you declined. We would also like to mention that our drivers usually play music and movies to make the journey more enjoyable. However, we understand that you requested no music or movies, despite other tourists requesting them. Our staff endeavored at all times to provide you with the best service and all possible comforts.
