I had a wonderful tour with my excellent guide, Andrés, and our great driver, Jimmy! Andrés speaks perfect English and was very easy to understand and talk to. He was good at explaining the area and answering questions. He made sure to give me plenty of time at each destination, which was very important to me since this was my only day in Ecuador. He picked me up from my hotel on time and led me to a great place for lunch. I was traveling solo, and Andrés was kind and friendly the whole day. I would recommend anyone ask for him when booking this tour. Jimmy was a safe driver too! I really enjoyed this tour, and hope everyone coming to Quito gets to do it. This tour is especially good because it allows you to see both Cotopaxi and Baños areas in the same day, which other tours do not. Thank you, Andrés, for a marvelous 5-star experience!

The trip is very well organized. Between getting a text the day before, meet up with the driver and all the planned activities. Ricky the guide is very knowledgeable and navigated heavy traffic well. I will definitely book with Ricky again to hopefully check out some of the areas I missed on this short trip.

My tour guide was Diego and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and always making sure I am enjoying myself. Although I didn't get to see the Cotopaxi volcano due to weather, Cotopaxi National Park was definitely still worth the visit. Afterwards we went to Banos and it was amazing. The swing at the end of the world, cable car ride and the Pailon del Diablo waterfall. Very impressive. Due to unforseen traffic we had to make some adjustments to the itinerary which Diego was happy to accommodate. He made sure I still get to see all the sights. It was great day. Thank you Diego for making this an unforgettable experience.

I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience. We are Black Americans with limited practice in speaking Spanish. As much as we were able to navigate Ecuador with our limited Spanish vocabulary our guide Pam being bilingual (English & Spanish) was a gem we needed. It allowed us to have meaningful conversations about life in Quito & to learn about the rich history of Ecuador. They picked us up from our hotel on time and navigated with ease through several tour stops. Our driver William was the real deal and a co-MVP with Pam. As we passed different sites Pam helped us to better understand what we were looking at. Our tour lasted about 13 hours including the 3.5 drive back from Banos to our hotel in Quito. Despite the long tour Pam remained enthused, accommodating and kind throughout our day. We were traveling as a couple which meant we expected to struggle getting pics of us together. We made several stops and at each stop Pam pointed out some great photo ops for us. As the historian of our relationship it was a welcome relief as it allowed me to truly take in the moments without focusing so much on trying to document it. Pam offered to take pics at multiple photo spots and she also took some amazing candids. Indeed, some of our best pics are the ones she took. She was so brave on the cable car and at the Devil’s Cauldron and she helped us to be brave too. It felt like we had a friend with us which is something I could only repay by telling others to give my friend a chance. I am humbled and grateful for how Pam showed up for us & helped us document several moments including when I leaned on my partner to support me as I faced my fear of rope bridges. Our trip would not have been as great without this experience. It was the peak of our trip and I would buy it again without hesitation.

We were lucky to have great views of Cotopaxi et al, and really enjoyed the experiences at Baños. Wasn’t sure it was worth the extra travel time but town was fun, tree house had great views and swinging over the mountains was a thrill. Pedro was a fantastic guide. He was laid back but very knowledgeable when asked questions. He really loved his job and it showed. Evening travel back into the city was beautiful.

Amazing day trip

Lovely lovely trip in a super comfortable car with a lovely guide Pedro. The view of Mount Cotopaxi took our breath away .The Ecuadorean roads were so wonderful.Banos was a tourist paradise,such a happening place with lots to shop and eat. The waterfalls were stunning and the cable car ride across the river was the highlight of the trip. Pedro drove us around beautifully and kept informing us about all things needed. The ice cream stop on the highway was also a surprise. Over all a great day out albeit quite long at almost 14 hours but we slept all the way back. Lunch was also yummy ,the trout was delectable . A must do day trip if you are short of time and not want to miss the two attractions. Thank you Pedro .

We had a great day with David touring Cotopaxi and Banos. Day was jam packed with photo stops, breakfast, lunch a walk in Cotopaxi, two sets of water falls, a tram, ice cream and a ride on a swing on the side of a cliff.
