Daniel was an excellent tour guide! Very much enjoyed our tour. We tried some tasty food and learned about Ecuadorian culture along with seeing landmarks.

This was a fun tour. Our guide was interesting and knowledgeable. We didn’t go into any of the buildings, but we enjoyed learning about them. We went to a coffee place, had empanadas, and went to a chocolate place. We chose to buy things in these locations as they were good, but you could go to any of those places on your own as well. We did this at the end of our time in Quito but I think it would’ve been better at the front end of our trip as it made a nice introduction to the city.

Daniel has perfect English and is very nice and accommodating. You do have to pay extra if you want to go into attractions. We ended up with a private tour so it was no problem to go into the places we wanted to. The light bites and drinks were a nice touch.

Daniel was a fantastic tour guide. He was very personable and had so much knowledge about the city. He made it a memorable experience by taking us to historical sites and restaurants to try local food, as he shared the history of the city and fun facts along the way. The weather was great and we highly recommend doing this if you are in Quito!

Our experiential walking tour of Old Quito was top quality! We had an engaging, fun, and informative experience. Its all walking, but only a minimal amount of hill or climbing.
Lots of things to see and experience and Dainiel was a fantastic host and guide. He explained everything we saw thoroughly and brought us samples of many local specialties.
Be prepared for a quiz at the end :-)

Our tour was conducted by Dan. He was brilliant. The tour took us to a selection of places with some food tasting. This tour is more an orientation to give you some insight to places you may like to return to and spend more time. I can highly recommend this tour.

We were a couple on a private city tour. Daniel was punctual and personable. The tour was a mix of Ecuadorian history and culture. Daniel taught us several words in the indigenous language. The tour included multiple stops for tastings of local foods from candies, empanadas, Nacional libation to ice cream. More food than we expected. The highlight for us was the ‘Procesos del Cacao’ demonstration and tasting at Yumbos! Daniel made several recommendations for local dishes to try during our stay.
