This trip was advertised as a 12 hr day but is more like a 15hr day. There is a lot of time spent in transport. We did see whales so that was good. The horse ride was good but we were strongly encouraged to tip the young horse guides only to find out the tour company takes their tips and only gives them a small percentage-we felt scammed. Through out the whole day there was no one that spoke giving background knowledge, history or explanation for anything. Just go here do that and be back at the boat. We were given lunch around 1:00 and then the next chance to eat was at 9:15 when we where dropped off at our resort. Would not do this tour again.

It was amazing to see the whales in their own environment. The waterfall was nice. The tour was exactly the way it was described.

Le jour où nous sommes allés voir les baleines, elles n'étaient pas au rendez-vous et le transport en car est beaucoup trop long le point positif est que nous avons vu du paysage ce qui nous a mis dans le bain de la culture dominicaine.
