We booked this tour about 4 hours before the scheduled time. Our pick up was exactly on time and was very nice. From bávaro beach it is no more than a 5 minute drive. We arrived and they had everything ready. Our guide was Jeffery, and we could not have asked for a better trip. The time states 4 hours total (maybe possibly if there are more people going on the tour it can take longer to check in, etc.?) but it was around 2.5-3 hours. It begins by going to the reef where there are some other snorkeling boats. We snorkeled for about 30 minutes which was enough as the reef is not too big anyway. Then we went to a natural pool with crystal clear water for about 30-45 minutes. From the second we left on the tour, in between each stop and all the way home, we were in control of the boat. Jeffery was so energetic and a great guide. If you have the chance to ask for him I would 100% do so. I would recommend this tour to anyone who visits Punta Cana and would do it again in the future as well

We had done this excursion before, but with another company that combined the speedboats with other activities and it was about a half day long. We wanted a shorter excursion so this seemed good.
We were off to a bumpy start as the original booking was cancelled after I had booked. We were able to book another day, so it worked out.
The description said it was a 4 hour excursion. So if pick up was at 930, and we got there at 10, I was expecting to be on the water till about 130. We were back to our resort by noon, BUT that was perfect for us and I believe If it weren't just my companion and I in the group, it could have been dragged out for the entire time.
It was just the 2 of us and our guide (I wish I could remember his name!) so we set the pace. Bavoro beach is practically waveless at the shore, because of the reefs. I didn't want to drive the boat so my partner did. We went out a bit from shore, over the reefs. We snorkeled and saw a bazillion fish. Our guide was ready with a bottle filled with bread. The fish appeared to be trained to the bread bottle! hahaha. It was amazing. We then sped, really fast, to the "natural pool" (clear, sandy bottom, waist deep) and hung out for about 20 minutes. We had a great time talking to and getting to know our guide.
We sped back to shore and visited the shops while waiting for our driver. I forget how aggressive the vendors are there in DR..."No gracias, lo siento" over and over.
The tour was just the right length for us and I would definitely do this again, if only for the snorkeling.

We enjoyed the speed boat ride. Thank goodness we didn't have to wait a long time. We walked in and went straight to the boat. Our driver was instructive and allow each of us to drive the boat and enjoy the ride. Then we went to the natural side and spend some time there. There was no rush for us to leave. So we enjoyed it until we were ready to go back to the hotel.

My partner and I were picked up from our hotel by Diony who was on time and waiting for us at the main gates. 20 minutes later we arrived at the beach for the speed boating. There we met our guide Fausto who was incredibly nice and friendly. He joined us on the speed boat showing us how to drive and gave directions to where we were going. He was very funny and made the whole trip very enjoyable. I had never them snorkelling before but was a great teacher and even came in the water with us to help me and make me feel more comfortable. After that went to the natural pool where there were loads of boats and turned in to a massive party. The whole excursion was great fun the wife and I both loved it and would highly recommend.

We had a great time! The communication with the tour operator was excellent - confirmed our trip thru what’s app.
The pickup at the hotel was on time and in a clean well driven van. The driver was friendly and nice.
When we got to the boat area we met the owner and he was great. Very informative and friendly.
The boat was in great shape. Very clean and new looking.
I would suggest wearing goggles or something that covers your eyes but you can see thru as the salt water spray while driving was ALOT!
We had a lot of fun booting around and seeing the area. We were the only ones on the tour so it was just us and a staff member who was on the boat with us. He sat at the front and let us drive and just directed us around the sand bars and coral areas.
We loved it. Would highly recommend this trip. Felt very safe and have fun.

Gebucht wurde 13Uhr . Aus Eigeninteresse habe ich gegen 12Uhr nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung geht,da es eine Geburtstagsüberraschung sein sollte. Dabei wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass wir erst um 14Uhr abgeholt werden, da hatte wir schon kurz überlegt abzusagen , weil es unseren ganzen Zeitplan für den Tag durcheinander gebracht hat. Dennoch entschieden wir uns die Tour anzutreten . Wir wurden in einen alten , schmutzigen, verwahrlosten Hinterhof gebracht und zu einem kleinen Strand. Dort wusste niemand etwas mit uns anzufangen, kein Boot vorbereitet, vom deutschsprachigen Guide nichts zu sehen . Dabei hatten wir uns extra deswegen für diese Tour entschieden. Nach längerem Warten und einigem Chaos,hat man ein altes ,schmutziges Boot organisiert.Wir ließen uns überreden einzusteigen,um den Geburtstag noch einigermaßen zu retten. Aber nach 50m Fahrt stellte unser Guide fest , daß der Motor nicht in Ordnung war und mit diesem Boot eine Tour nicht möglich war .Wir sind zum Strand zurück und haben wütend die Tour abgebrochen bevor sie überhaupt los ging !!!
Auf dem Heimweg, haben wir unseren Unmut geschrieben,aber bis heute keine Rückmeldung bekommen !!!
Es hat uns viel Zeit und Ärger bereitet.....den Tag mit rundem Geburtstag vermisst !!
Von dem Geld überhaupt nicht zu reden !!! ,Wir wollten unser Geld zurück,aber es ist niemand mehr zu erreichen.
Wir werden nie wieder über diesen Veranstalter eine Reise buchen !!

Der Fahrer kam 20 Minuten zu spät, war für uns aber nicht dramatisch. Am Spot angekommen, wurden wir wenig subtil auf das Shopping Center hingewiesen, mit der Bitte nach der Tour einzukaufen. Nach kurzer Einweisung ging es auf die Boote zum erbärmlichsten „Riff“ das wir je gesehen haben. Unser Tourguide machte in der Zeit ein Nickerchen im Boot. Der 2. Stop war ein Naturpool, dort standen bereits mehrere Boote, darunter ein Partyboot mit Betrunkenen. Wir holten uns an einer schwimmenden Bar zwei frische Kokosnüsse und gerieten in eine Abzockfalle. Wir waren unsicher ob das die angekündigte Erfrischung war, fragten dennoch nach dem Preis. Unser Tourguide unterhielt sich mit dem Verkäufer in Landessprache und verlangte USD 30. Nach einer kurzen aber hitzigen Diskussion bezahlten wir USD 20 für zwei brühwarme Kokosnüsse. Die Stimmung war dahin und wir fühlten uns unwohl und genötigt. Unser Guide hat uns weder unterstützt noch in Schutz genommen. Nach einigen Minuten ging es mit einem defekten Motor in Schneckentempo zurück. Wir waren insgesamt ca 75 Minuten auf dem Wasser!! Am Strand angekommen wurden wir direkt an die Verkäufer übergeben und standen plötzlich in einem Geschäft. Auch hier fühlten wir uns sehr unwohl weil die Tür von aussen geschlossen wurde. Es wurde versucht uns mit Alkohol gesellig zu stimmen. Wir kauften ein paar Kleinigkeiten und sind wieder raus. Kaum draußen,!kam unser Guide keifend auf uns zugelaufen und fragte uns entsetzt, mit bebender Unterlippe, wo sein Trinkgeld sei. Fassungslos und keine Lust auf Diskussionen gaben wir ihm 200 Pesos. Wir beschlossen den Heimweg zu Fuss zu gehen und sagten dem Fahrer Bescheid. Er versuchte uns in die falsche Richtung zu schicken, wahrscheinlich weil er auf sein Trinkgeld verzichten musste. Wir haben für diesen Ausflug € 95 bezahlt. Wir waren nach 2,5 Std wieder im Hotel, davon hatten wir 1 Std Fussweg nachhause. So eine dreiste Abzocke haben wir noch nie erlebt, Unfassbar! Leider repräsentiert dieses Verhalten ein Stück weit die Mentalität dieses Landes.

10 Minuten zu spät abgeholt. Somit also pünktlich für die Dom Rep 😛Dann nach ca 15 Minuten Fahrt am World mart souvenirs gehalten um einfach mal 30 min im Bus zu warten bis 2 Französisen zu Ende gestoppt haben. Wahnsinn.
Transfer ansonsten okay.

Die Bootstour ging original knapp über 1 Stunde !!!!!! INKLUSIVE Schnorchel und Natural Pool Stop.
Gebucht haben wir 4 Stunden! Okay. Einmal und nie wieder...!
Wir waren zwar nur 2 Boote jeweils mit einem Guide drauf. Aber das ist ja wohl der Witz überhaupt!!!!
100€ für nicht mal 1 Stunde Boot fahren. Das kennen wir anders. Aber wussten leider leider leider den Anbieter von vor ein paar Jahren nicht mehr..
Von uns ein klares Finger weg von dieser Tour !!!

Le taxi pour l'aller-retour parfait ! Petite mention spéciale pour lui. L'excursion sur ce qui est écrit 4h environ.
On est arrivé à 10h20 ( alors qu'on avait dit 13h) 10h30 au bateau et on a fais je pense 30min de bateau. On s'est arrêtée dans une piscine naturel où le guide à fait son business avec ses potes et reparti après on fait de la plongée avec tuba pour voir les poissons 15min après fini et on repart sur la plage on avait fini à 11h40 donc non conforme à la description des sois disant 4h...
