This excursion was amazing and the young man that drove the boat it was very friendly and funny. The only problem we had is when we returned to the beach they offer us pictures From the speedboat and I paid $40 but never got the pictures. The first thing that was supposed to send the pictures told me through WhatsApp that he was sending pictures that night but I never got them. This is the second day and I’m still waiting for pictures

The activity itself was fine, but the way the staff tried to sell the GoPro photos was extremely uncomfortable. We repeatedly said we were not interested, but they kept pushing aggressively. At one point the boat operator even started driving in a very aggressive and unsafe way, which felt intimidating. Because of the pressure, we ended up buying the photos even though we did not want them. This was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this tour.

TERRIBLE. Our tour guide, Jesus, forced us to buy GoPro pictures at a ridiculous price ($350). As we refused, he took over the wheel and started roaming around the sea dangerously until we gave up and decided to purchase the pictures. They also charge 20% additional card transaction fee. Extremely unpleasant experience. And they also pick you up not at the hotel lobby but outside the hotel at the gate. We DO NOT recommend this tour.

It started on a wrong foot with the people that were supposed to handle the pickups. I will spare you the details. The person was insulting, demeaning and trying to make even the little things difficult. And worse when we finally got the ride he dropped us off and did not show up for the return to our hotel. We had to take a local taxi and we paid $20 for a short distance. Less than 10 mns ride. Luckily I had already complained on writting with viator and they had refunded $25.

The tour was private in our case. Grade A. They will sell you go pro pics after. But with the price and depending on your transport and your I considered it a top of sorts.

Considering our boat captain crashed us into and up onto another boat, nearly cutting a friend of ours with the propeller of our boat, the experience didn’t go so well. For a 2 hour event, we spent about 20 minutes of snorkeling, 10 minutes trying to dislodge our boat from another boat, then 45 minutes in the shallows just standing around in the ocean while the boat captains took photos they later tried to sell us. As long as you know what you’re getting into - it’s fine. This was NOT what we had expected. Being able to drive the boat in the ocean was fun and the weather was gorgeous. The snorkeling spot had a good volume of fish to watch.

The guide didn't speak English. He offered for my boyfriend to drive the boat but not me. When we stopped off he went off drinking and dancing with his friend and ignored us when we called him to return. It was torrential rain and we were freezing so wanted to return. Very unprofessional and when complaining on our return nobody really understood what we were saying. I am so confused how they have any good reviews because nothing was good about it.

I am sorry for your bad experience, it is a speedboat therefore alcohol is not allowed so please if you did not like the activity you do not have to lie to the other clients.

We had an excellent guide! My boyfriend and I both drove the boat. We chose not to snorkel so we spent extra time at the Sand Bar which was a great time. We stopped to see the dolphins also. Book your next excursion with them!

My husband and I enjoyed the speedboat and it was so beautiful swimming with the fish. Our guide was very friendly and took great pictures. The beach we went to was also very clean. The only negative I have is setting up the pick up from my resort could have been better. My pick up contact wasn’t very communicative and I had to just threw hoops a little bit to figure out what time we were being picked up.

The driver was supposed to pick us up at 230p. Told us to be outside the resort gate (10min walk) at 200p. He didn’t show up until 230p was waiting in the hot sun but eventually came. Picked us up in a sedan which I was sketch about. Drove up 30 Mins away to a broke down building with only 2 out of 10 vacant. I was so nervous wondering what I got myself into. The driver finally met with the guy in charge and I thought that was the end of my life. But they brought me out to one of the most beautiful beach. We got on the speedboat and rode for a bit. Stopped to snorkel and it was incredible to swim with the tropical fishes. Went on for another ride, our guy took us to this beach party. Had one of the best pina coladas in the water. He somehow got us extra shots for it. It was awesome! 10/10!

Our speed boat excursion was beautiful and very memorable. We had such an amazing time and when you step on the island it feels like your in paradise. Your surrounded by happy people, beautiful boats, tropical palm trees, horseback riding, sailing, tasty food, drinks, hookah. All we have to say is book it. Create memories; life is short.

Due to the weather my excursion was canceled for the date chosen. However they rescheduled it for the next day. The driver was cery nice and even let us drive the boat. I had an amazing time. Thanksp you.

nous avons fait environ 10 minutes de bateau. Le reste du temps nous étions sur un banc de sable avec tout le monde qui vendait de l’argent 40 € pour une photo et 20 € pour une pina colada Le service est vraiment médiocre à fuir absolument Aucun professionnalisme Nous sommes vraiment déçu D’avoir payé ce tarif pour une prestation aussi nul Aucune sensation. J’ai réservé le Speedboat Pour faire du bateau et non pour me baigner dans la mer
