SCAM! Don’t go!!!!!!!!! Need my refund !

SCAM!!!!!!!! This is not serious at all! They first canceled my tour on Sunday then said that it will be moving on Monday ! Then I came here at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance and nobody came !!!!!!!!!! It’s impossible to contact them they never answer!!!!!!! Don’t book this tour ! I want my refund !!!!

The whole experience was fantastic. I'd recommend this short trip to anyone that wants to leave Stop Domingo for a few hours of nature and fun. Kudos to our driver and the tour guy. They're the best. Hospitality at its best Dominican Style.

A boat tour

The crew were nice. I thought that the host would communicate in English as well. He did not. I also thought there would have been more on the island then tables and chairs. We also had to wait for drinks and food. There was also alot of smoking on the boat and on the island. It was hard to escape people smoking cigarettes everywhere. If you are allergic or sensitive to cigarette smoke this may not be the trip for you. By the end of the tour I was nauseated. The water and the island are beautiful! The listing says no photos. However, a young man named Jason was there and took lovely photos for a fee. Also plan to spend the entire day. We were picked up after 7 am and didn’t get back to our resort until 6 pm. Plan accordingly.

This tour is very messy. We met at 7am but didnt get to the island until 1pm and had to rush thru a very bland lunch. We enjoyed the beach until 3pm and had to leave for the pool. We were there for 30mins and back to shore by 4pm. It wasnt an enjoyable experience.

Es una oferta engañosa. Ofrece recogida a la 7 am y luego quiere hacer cambio a las 6 am. Demasiada gente, montaban 100 personas en cada catamaran y la oferta dice que cada grupo era no más de 10 personas. Ofrece una hora de snorkel en la piscina natural, nunca vimos el santuario de tortugas y no hubo tiempo de snorkel para ver arrecifes de coral y peces de colores. Cuando reclamamos, la respuesta fue que las estrellas estaban en el agua y que las podíamos ver desde el barco. Al llegar a la Isla, el bufet no era comida típica dominicana. Sirvieron pasta con salsa de tomate, arroz, pollo guisado y pescado con ensalada de tomate y pepino. Muy muy mala la comida. El bar abierto es ron, colacola y 7 up. A la hora de comer ofrecen cerveza. El Sr Alexander es una persona que no tiene la capacidad de reconocer que no ofreció lo que vendió, por el contrario, culpó en todo momento a la plataforma de Viator. El servicio de traslado fue bueno, el conductor Carlos y su esposa Wendy fueron muy amables y serviciales.

Es un tour lleno de magia de los mejores de República Dominicana. El ambiente es espectacular y las playas muy lindas. Los traslados de Santo Domingo al catamarán de primera. Muy recomendable.
