The vendor website doesn’t give you specific information about what to bring. Wear a swimsuit there and you can bring a change of clothing. They have secure free lockers. You can bring a phone. When you actually swim with the horses you can set your phone on a bench. If you’re with someone have them take a video and picture of you. The photographer rides along taking pictures of you. The sell a picture package at the end $40 each. You can not buy individual pictures. The guides are super nice and helpful very professional and patient. Please tip as they work very hard 😎❤️

It was so much fun! The tour guides were so helpful and made you feel very comfortable at all times! It was worth it! Swimming with the horses was one of the best experiences! It’s a must do with this group! Would do it again!

JUST DO IT! It's magical! Best excursion ever! The guides were patient and kind the horses have so much personality. It was wonderful!

They never came to pick us up!

We changed our reservation two days before the event to a later time slot. It was no charge, since it was over 24 hours before the excursion. The day of, the driver came to pick us up at the original time, but no one even tried to call our room to inform us that they were here. I only found out because I messaged the operator to ask what time our new pickup was! They said they needed to charge us $57 extra because we were a “no show,” which was absolutely not true. They asked to see proof that I changed the reservation, which I provided. They acted as if they would be waiving the “fee” and picking us up, but they turned around and said it was too late and they would not be coming for us at all. Viator asked us how we liked the excursion, we did not even get to go! Nor have we received a refund and I doubt we will. Although this looked like an amazing excursion, I would not recommend this to anyone.

Our guide and the entire staff were polite and professional. The horses were well maintained and gentle. The ride was great The swimming with the horses was amazing. This was a really nice excursion!!! Thanks, we enjoyed the day!!

Unbelievable experience! We rode through the jungle, gave the horses a rest whilst we had a drink and a snack and then down onto the beach where we swam with them. The horses clearly love it too. They have over 100 horses which they rescue and keep very well. You get to meet them after. The instructions are amazing and we had a great afternoon out! You can buy photos after too which don’t break the bank, unlike some excursions! NB. If you book with Viator, check your pick up time. They put 9am start time on our ticket but no pick up time. It turns out that pick up time was 8.35!

Not for an expierienced rider. Including transport the event takes about 5 hours and the swim with horse is only 2 minutes… very disappointing

Really had a great time. The staff was friendly. Make sure if you are wearing short shorts or swimming attire you bring a towel to lay over the saddle to help prevent inner thigh burn.

I wish I had pictures to share, but I don’t because the local vendor never showed up. Waited in the lobby for an hour and tried to call their number to no avail. They never answered. Just got a refund sent with absolutely no explanation of why they never showed.
