Anastasia and Alex were great to work with. Anastasia was a wonderful photographer. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and she helped execute it perfectly. The turnaround time for photos was 2 weeks which is incredibly quick for the quality of photos that I received. We would definitely recommend this experience!

I booked a shoot with them as they accepted payment and they contacted me saying they didn’t have a photographer. They are refusing a full refund now saying they can have someone on a different day. I paid for hair and makeup for the day I scheduled and they are trying to keep my money for them not being prepared.

you have booked a photo shoot 2 hours before the scheduled time. I couldn't find a photographer so quickly. He suggested rescheduling the photo shoot for the next day. You agreed. I've booked a photographer. the next day you refused because your mood had changed. The photographer refused another order in favor of yours. That's why I offered to refund you half of the amount. you were not satisfied with this and I refunded you the full amount. I had to pay compensation to the photographer out of my pocket

If you are planning a trip to Punta Cana, this is a must! Irina was beyond amazing! Her attention to detail was top notch. She started communicating with me immediately after booking and I asked her many questions. One question was if she could recommend a hairstylist to put my hair extensions in for my photo shoot. She did all the work and communicated back to me all the details and pricing (which I agreed to)! But it didn’t stop there! She also picked me up at my resort, took my to my hair and makeup appointment (for a very small fee) and then came and picked me up there and took me to the private beach for the photo shoot! The entire experience was beyond amazing and if I could give Irina 10 stars, I would!
