I like to give small businesses the beef it of the doubt, so I booked with them despite the few reviews that said it was a bad experience. I wish I had listened to them. We started by having no idea who was picking us up, and (unless you speak fluent Spanish) communication is very difficult with these guys. Other companies have been wonderful and responsive, this one was by far the worst. We got to the beach and had no idea where to go or what to do and waited for over an hour. Each time we messaged the company, Carlos said he’d be there in ten minutes. When he finally showed up, he said they couldn’t go out anymore because they gave our spot to other people that wanted to ride that day. As this was our honeymoon, it was the one thing we were looking forward to, the most. Over the next three days, he kept saying to be at the beach at 3:00, then didn’t show up. He said again that we would go at 11:00am the next day and yet again said we couldn’t go. By the third day he stopped answering and we had to dispute the charges since we never got to parasail. It was a terrible start to our honeymoon and I’m begging you not to book with them, or the same thing could happen to you. Don’t risk it, pay a little bit more to book with someone with better reviews, or book it straight from the resort. The prices are pretty similar anyways. Beware!

Absolutely horrible service. Reservations were made and everything was paid for months ago, yet our party waited for more than two hours to finally begin our excursion. So many excuses were brought up by this team. The guide blamed the captains, the captains blamed the guide, they blamed the wind, they blamed all other parties booking on Sunday rather than Saturday. They found any reason to throw an excuse, instead of just apologizing and making things right.

You were given a full service and at the moment you are trying to take advantage and take money from something that was given to you, being able to do so and not pay for just that and it is an abuse.

Parasailing was good. They picked us up from the hotel and dropped us back off. We took a smaller boat to the bigger boat to parasailing. Good experience!!

the location of the Hotel was not the same as the reservation due to that was the change

The beach where you go parasailing is in a military zone in the town so it was a bit sketchy at first as a solo traveler. But once we walked to the beach, the beauty made it all worth it. The water is the most beautiful shade of blue. You take a speed boat to the actual boat where you will parasail. The experience once you are in the sky is like no other. It is the most peaceful experience I’ve ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend trying this, even if you’re a solo traveler!

I wish the communication was better. We didn’t get to parsail at all, which I was looking forward to. I reserved for 2 but was told we wouldn’t get picked up until 3 which was okay but when 3pm came no one showed!

La experiencia del paravelismo fue muy buena. La atención y la seguridad fue excelente. Debo decir que tuvimos inconvenientes con la coordinación, ya que no lo pudimos hacer en el día convenido, ni en la segunda fecha propuesta. De acuerdo con el operador fue por un tema de falta de viento.
