When you get to the pick up location, there are dozens of other drivers. These draws are not willing to help you because they want your business. Although you paid for services with someone else, they still are trying to get your business. I ran up on my name on the wall accidentally after sweating and stressing. If you have a business, please put your name on your business.

Our driver was great but we waited a solid 45 minutes after we were told there'd be a driver with a sign with our name. A random gentlemen connected us with our driver. When we began the ride to the resort, we weren't even sure if we were in the right vehicle and my daughter was quite freaked out. DR is a breathtakingly beautiful country and the people are wonderful. This was just not a great experience.

Great service! We arrived at the Punta Cana International Airport and were greeted immediately by our driver who escorted us to our private shuttle van. Our driver took us directly to the Majestic Mirage Resort. The trip back to the airport was perfect as well. The driver was punctual and delivered our group of 4 safely to the airport! Thank you for the efficient and safe service your company provided. Also, it was very easy to communicate via email- always received an immediate response when I had any questions.

The guy who picked us up told me he was waiting over an hour for us which was a lie , he never even contacted some to say he was there he left . Also he kept telling me I was a liar & was trying to get him fired . I will never shop with this company again . I need a refund asap .
