My husband Giancarlo and I enjoyed the most beautiful sunrise trail ride. We were picked up from the gate of our resort and transported back at the end without difficulty. The two horses we rode were gentle and followed easily. No horse experience necessary. The photographer they had captured the most gorgeous memories and I readily bought all of them. They showed us their farm where they grew tobacco and cacao. There was a gift shop as well to purchase some of the product they make. We bought the muscle cream and it helped my husbands neck pain that he has been having for weeks (and trying to put icy hot on) in one night. Everything was beautiful from the scenery to the people. It was an incredible cultural experience and the horses were so calm. I’d go back again easily! We recommended to all our family that we came to the resort with!

driver was late picking us up, made creepy comments and all our pictures were blurry. The only person that was great was the instructor leading us with the horses. We didnt get anything that was suppose to be “included” not even water.

We apologize for what happened, and we will take your comment to get better. But the the reason that you are doing that review is because you called viator and said that you didn't do the tour. And want the money back. And we have that with y people That use to to that. That do the activities and after go to the bank to ask for the money.

Had such an amazing experience! The horses were well trained and the guide was awesome!! Definitely recommend this if you want to see the beautiful sunrise while riding on a horse.

The driver was very nice and friendly I liked him very much & Jano the instructor was great, he made me feel comfortable & made the experiences so worth it. He even taught me some Spanish but Definitely recommend.
