Awesome experience, exceptional service from the crew and Cabin, if bringing kids bring your own kid life jacket they do not have that we brought our own so it was ok. Shout out to Omar for excellent service and friendliness. Boat and bathroom was clean. Lot of fishes for the snorkeling and Omar let us feed the fishes which as cool. Thank you

My family and I had an awesome time on the boat. The crew was super attentive and fun. The good they grilled was yummy and transport to the boat and back to the hotel was super easy. I would book it again.

We had an absolute fantastic time with Yosario and crew. Our hands were never empty of drinks and food. The water was choppier than we would've liked for snorkeling and the private beach but it didn't change how much fun we had.

Jessica and Shadow absolutely crushed it on our private boat tour! They handled our wild crew like total pros and made the whole experience unforgettable. They took us to an amazing spot to snorkel, served up the best drinks — piña coladas, rum coladas, Adios, rum drinks all around — and the food? Yummm. Those skewers and nachos were everything. Music was on point, they joined in on our twerking sessions, and somehow still managed to take the best pics of us. We got our photo package for under $300, and it was worth every penny. Great pics, great food, great vibes. 10/10 would recommend — same crew, same trip, again please!

Definitely oversold

Fun day….but the boat is absolutely not what is in the pictures. It’s not a catamaran with a net, there is a second level that the captain steers from. No comfortable place to relay sit and enjoy the view. No creature comforts. Simple mixed drinks, nothing frozen. We had a private tour for 6, but can’t imagine sharing that space with people we don’t know. We first snorkeled at a spot with a whole lot of other boats then went to see dolphins in a cage then onto a spot where the water was about 4’ deep. No beach stop off at all. Once you’re on the boat, you don’t get off the boat on any beach. You don’t go very far either from where you are picked up. Bring towels. Be aware that to get on the boat you have to walk over the piles of dead rotting seaweed with flies. It’s gross so be quick. The crew was super fun and accommodating and took care of us and our kids. They really made the trip. Allowed us to play whatever music we wanted and did fun dances with us. Fun day but was definitely oversold.

Best part of our trip to Punta Cana

This was probably the highlight of our entire trip to Punta Cana. We chartered the boat for the five of us in our family. They had 4 crew members and one photographer (talk about that later). The crew was excellent. They offered us drinks and local "mamajuana" as we set sail! They took us to a wonderful spot to go snorkeling. Once we all had our safety gear on, one of the crew jumped in to guide us around the reef area and point out the fish. He also took fish food which attracted beautiful school of fist to swim around us. After 45 minutes there, our captain took us to another place to go swimming. Our snorkeling guide once again took us out and showed us some of the fish in the area, and warned us not to touch or get near the Lionfish which are very poisonous. After swimming for a long while it was time to head back to shore. We had beverages and what they called "Lunch" was really just snacks. The food was delicious but we each got a small chicken and a small steak kabab, some chips and jarred queso, and fresh fruit (which was there from when we got on the boat and was excellent). It was not the meal I was hoping for, but if it was described as a snack I would have completely agreed. All day long, there was professional photographer on the boat. He was not part of the original purchased package and we knew nothing about it before getting onto the boat. He took great pictures, posing people for your typical Instagram photos. Our daughter absolutely loved the photo shoot on the boat. My only complaint was the photo were pricy. It was $300 US Dollars for the full photos package plus processing fees. We are still very happy with the photos and the photographer but I do wish the price of the photos cost a little less. All that said we had an amazing adventure on the water and would absolutely do it again tomorrow if I could!

They did a great job! They had enough awareness to realize that we may be a tamer crew than most of their customers. The music selection changed. They became more hands off and allowed us to enjoy the moment. We were very thankful of that!

We had a 40th bday celebration with family and friends. It was a great time filled with music, drinks, and snorkeling Our team Capitan Luis, Marine René, Guide Genesis, and Paparazzi Maikol were kind and fun. We purchased pictures and videos from Maikol who did a wonderful job capturing pics of everyone. The only change I would make is to offer more food and snacks on the trip. It was well worth it!

False advertising- there was no BBQ

I will start by saying we did have fun. My rum punch was good and the staff all had great personalities. I believe this excursion falsely advertises what it offers and that is why I rated it 2 stars. This party cruise promised a BBQ, specifically chicken skewers among other things. The only thing we got was a piece of pineapple. In the moment, nobody complained because the assumption was the promised food would eventually happen but once the cruise was finished, we were all starving and confused. The second complaint I have is when you arrive, there are endless people trying to sell you things before you get on the boat. The guide is part of the pressuring to get you to look and buy. It was obvious we didn’t want anything but they just wouldn’t stop. After getting through that, we walk to the beach and the cruise left us. They wouldn’t let us walk straight through to the beach but also took off without us even though it was our guide that slowed us up in an unwelcomed way. Overall, it was fun. But again, they advertise food which makes them more expensive than others on viator but there was zero food.
