Birthday Nightmare!

We did not get what we paid for! My husband, friends and I decided to book this clear kayak photoshoot and boat tour for my birthday! Michael Jackson was no where to be found! Another gentleman stepped in to assist us with our photos but we were informed that there was no boat available. I have the ORIGINAL listing that clearly states we booked a clear kayak photoshoot and boat tour. I have the photos of the boat in the listing that states it can accommodate up to 20 passengers. I was informed they couldn’t find my reservation but they received my $390 for the excursion! We had to pay more money to participate in a boat tour with another company due to Michael Jackson faults. This is unacceptable as I work hard for my money and this ruined my birthday celebration!

SCAMMMMMMMMM!! This was a whole SCAM! Please do not book! The host was not there and had another company take our photos and then when we asked about the boat ride that was included on the listing, no one knew which boat it was a suppose to be and we ended up having to pay to get on another boat. Just a horrible experience!

I am Mike, the Host. I always pay another company of Photography to take the pictures. And always pay an editor for the edition of the selected pictures. We could not provide the boat ride.

We attempted to contact the owner, Michael Jackson, but he hasn’t responded. No boat or images have been provided and we feel like we’ve been scammed. This is a lot of money not to be afforded this experience and my friends birthday has been ruined. Another company has graciously taken us on a boat. Still no pictures

The editor to take from 2 until 5 days to edit all the pictures. Then we will send them . But, we to send them first so you can choose your 5 ones. In a product, we have confirmed and changed it Only the kayak photoshoots on the Beach

Our experience with this kayak photo shoot excursion was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Despite reaching out since the morning to confirm our pickup time and location, we received no response and were never picked up as promised. We were eventually sent to a different resort, which we couldn’t even access and had no service at, leaving us stranded outside in the heat for hours. At 2:30 PM, we finally got a response and were told to get an Uber to a new location that turned out to be completely abandoned. After standing there confused, a man finally approached us and led us to what looked like a run-down motel. He informed us that due to seaweed at the beach, we’d be taking photos by a pool instead — which was not what we paid for or booked. After all the disorganization, poor communication, and lack of professionalism, he offered to take our pictures for free and promised a full refund. We went along with it because we were already exhausted and just wanted to get it over with. However, we never received our $390 refund as promised, and we’re now in the process of filing a claim through Viator. This experience was not only a waste of time and money, but it also left us feeling scammed and completely disrespected.

Traveler, let me Tello you that you are telling lie because you made your own by deciding to take a own Transportation to arrive to our place, you told us that the driver over charges you 100 USD, even if we did not have the proof, we refound you the 100 USD. Then when you arrive in our place, our photographer took pictures as we promised you. Pictures un a clear and transparent kayak, then the our photographer sent you your pictures immediatly after editing them. We have proof to confirm that you did not want the boat ride after the photoshoots, So, we have all the proof. Then we sent you in a private transportation to take you back to the hotel. After all that she still asked for full refund. We are transparent AND honest...
