The instructions for finding the starting point were confusing but we figured it out. After we were checked in they took excellent care of us. The tour was a highlight of the trip. The captain and guide took us exactly to a great spot for whale watching and even some dolphins. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

What an awesome day we had. Got to see a lot of whales (mommas and babies). Benji and Captain Jose were amazing and very informative hosts and it was all in all a fantastic tour we would recommend to anyone.

Great experience!! 100% recommend Benji and “the captain”!!! Benji was very knowledgeable and we learned a great deal. Saw lots of whales along with a handful of dolphins. The whole family (parents with 20 something adult kids) enjoyed it.

Let me preface this by saying that I am very easy to please and am grateful that I can take a vacation once a year. That being said, whale watching was the sole reason I chose PV for my vacation.Viator has this advertised small boat with 18 max passengers. The entire reason I booked it . It was a small boat but ended up with almost 40 people on it, shoulder to shoulder, I got stuck in an inside seat , whales breached but I wasn’t able to see. It was awful. This is the man reason I came to PV and the experience was not good.
Manny was great and very knowledgeable the only good part of the trip. At the end of the trip I went back to the office to ask the why so many people and they said Viator was wrong it holds 38 passengers. They did not give money back but offered me to go back the next day. I did not do that bc I didn’t want the same experience. What would be the point. I think a big catamaran with double decker with 200 people would be better bc at least you have room to move and see. This trip was not good. Disappointed completely. Would not recommend, take a bigger tour boat with room to move.

We had a fantastic time! I think we saw about 10 whales! The crew was amazing and gave us little known information about the whales. Highly recommend.

Great experience- did see quite a few whales. While observing some from a distance we had one swim right up under our boat and check us out. Quite exciting!

Best experience ever! We ended up only having 4 people on our boat. Our tour guy and driver were awesome! We were lucky enough to have a humpback go under our boat. The whale we could have touched!

This was a great whale watch experience. The boat was small enough that everyone could see off both sides and the guide, Benji, was friendly and informative.

Outstanding tour! This is our 5th whale watching experience and by far the best one in PV. The skipper was very adept in finding whales. We saw a pod of 3 and a couple of moms and calves and were able to follow them for 30 minutes while respecting their space. Benjamin was very informative and entertaining. We will definitely be booking this tour again!

Benjamin(Benji) was an amazing guide. Full of knowledge and funny! Saw 4 sites of mom and baby! It was a great view. All the Babies gave a show.

It was very educational. This was our third whale watching tour, not the largest or smallest we have taken, but we learned the most that we had during any of the tours. The boat we took may have been a little smaller and harder to board than some of the people may have expected. Would recommend that the tour guide seat the less mobile passengers first in the seats that are easiest to get in and out of, so they don't feel embarrassed that everyone is looking at them as they are trying to board. The "straddle seats" should be assigned to those most mobile and on the younger side as these can be difficult for those with limited flexibility.

Crowded boat. No room to move and blocked viewing from other passengers. Was told only those from the cruise ship would be on board, but that was not true. They picked up others which delayed our time of departure.

Benji was the perfect guide. Extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about making this experience the best it could have been. Hido was our captain and was perfect. We saw many whales, both newborns skimming on the surface as well as giant males breaching and slapping their pectoral fins. What an amazing experience. Boat was small and allowed us to be closer than other boats and kept the environment intimate and personal.

Of course the whales were spectacular the way they don't seem threatened by the boat. But the knowledge the guide had was beyond anything I was expecting. I'm not sure but I think our guides name was Benjy.

We enjoyed our trip with Los Veranos Tours company. The guide was very knowledgeable and we saw several pods of Humpback whales. We went to different places and away from some of the other boats. I highly recommend this company and their whale-watching experience.

We saw a few groups of whales and a couple of baby whales. The dolphins were surrounding the whales. The whales were trying to get rid of the dolphins and put on quite a show slapping their dorsal fins on the water and even swimming belly up. It was incredible.
