Our adventure was great from start to finish, staff was very nice and welcoming. Our tour guide was awesome. At our first stop we stop at a restaurant/bar that has a beautiful sitting area with pools and water streams. The tequila tasting was great a must do. The the scenery was just spectacular. This is a must do and something we would do again.

Good service and friendly staff. Great scenic tracks. Two stops; a bit unnecessary, an hour lunch and 30+ minutes tequila tasting out of 4 hours trip.

The tour and tour guides were great! There was an issue with the booking. It appears that Viator never forwarded our booking details to the company. The was resolved by the tour company after a delay.

Fun Tour Up The River

The tour starts off on city streets and then on dirt roads going up the Cuale River. There are three stops. One at a bar which is next to the river, and you have an opportunity to wade in the river. You can also purchase a drink at the bar. The second stop is at a tequila tasting area. You can purchase drinks here, then after the tequila tasting you can purchase bottles of tequila, vanilla and agave syrup. The last stop is at a restaurant that sits next to the river where you can purchase your lunch. Overall, it's a good tour. Maybe too many stops. There is a photographer that goes along with the tour taking pictures of everyone. He then tries to sell an overpriced package. Our photographer got indignant with me when I tried to haggle for a lower price. Just beware.

Fun 4 Wheeling

Great trip. True 4 wheeling. Not for a first timer. Not a hard ride, but there was a lot of people having trouble with their 4 wheelers(shifting gears) we were told not to shift gears and leave them in the gear it was in. They kept stalling and holding up the group. Beautiful scenery and perfect end to the ride was the restaurant that we started at. Workers were very polite and helpful. No pressure to buy anything.

Fun Day - Great Shore Excursion

This would be a 5 but we had an issue with pick up. Still not sure if it occurred due to the ship using a different pier than anticipated or because the tour group was a little confused. In any event - the tour itself was great once we got to their main office about 10 minutes from the port ($5 via taxi - don't pay more). The drive up to the mountain resort area where the tour takes place was fascinating and fun - in a giant open jitney. Our ATV guide was patient and very sweet. The bridge and waterfall we stopped to see along the way were lovely, the refreshment area toward the end of the tour had a stunning view, and it was quiet and private the entire time! We would recommend this tour completely - and if you are worried about ATVing if you are beginner - no need - they go at your pace!!!

Tour was very good, although transportation to & from ship not included in excursion (Recommend Uber as much cheaper than taxi - tour guide put us in a taxi that was quadruple the price of the Uber back to the ship).However, tour was well worth it, nice 1/2 day tour with interesting stops. Great guides.Beware, keep valuables safe when swimming or unattended - 1 guest lost cell phone when she left it with her clothes. Our experience was quite good and would do it again. Get off the beaten path and experience the local culture.

Beware! The ATV tour portion was excellent, and the guides were fantastic, DO NOT FORGET TO BRING A CREDIT CARD FOR A DAMAGE DEPOSIT, this was not communicated. The problem was the expectation of transportation and the role Gray Line played in the tour. The exact meeting location at the marina needed to be specific, it was not clear that our meeting location was across the marina where another cruise ship was at dock. Wasted 45 minuted figuring that out, I was glad that I had an international plan for my cell phone to contact Gray Line. Gray Line employee at the marina arranged transportation to the ATV company at an additional 3.00 per person and were told this would cover our round trip tranprotation. Guess what, after our fantastic ATV adventure, no Gray Line to take us back to the marina, jumped on a local bus for 1.00 and headed back to the ship. Again, ATV company was excellent, Gray Line added no value, charged us for round trip transportation and basically left us to figure out how to get back to our ship. We did it, we are able, but feel Gray Line was simply a broker adding little value!

Communicaiton was terrible, we were not responded to by our emails and waited 2 hours for the Gray Line rep learn tht our scheduled departure was not for another hour, 3 hours after arranged. After that and a lot of driving a great experience, we wasted 3 hours trying to find our toru arrangements.
