The tours I do not recommend it as more is the time it will take you to transport from San Juan to the snake island than enjoy the beach because you have few hours on the beach of course you have to run to the ferry terminal and if you delay you are left adrift, likewise the customer service is abysmal they do not help you in cases of mishaps or delays, they leave you alone and tell you that it is not their problem of the agency that you solve it alone, they do not give you alternatives of solution, nor make the refund, so it is better to think well if you will acquire this tours because if you have a mishap they will leave you alone and you will have to see how you solve, in my case I had to pay taxi to go and return, then buy new tickets to leave the island with the ferry and in many cases there are no tickets for the day so you will be left booted in the island and the numbers that they put do not help you in anything treat you badly by phone do not have empathy or kindness and mention that you solve it alone since it is not the fault of the agency, so think well if you do not better go on your own why in the end the agency will leave you alone on the island and you will lose your money.
