Dishonest, disappointed

This is unacceptable. I purchased a beach horse-back ride and after they dropped me off I was told we would not be going on the beach. This is completely dishonest and I want my money back. Very disappointed that bookings made on Viator cannot be trusted.

Absolutely wonderful trip in the most beautiful surroundings. Everything was perfect. We rode through fields, across a river (the horses swam over while we got a boat) with mountains as a backdrop until we reached the beach. We stopped there to eat in a small restaurant while we watched the sun go down over the Pacific ocean. Our guide Juan Carlos was fantastic giving us advice on riding western style, information about the flora and fauna and providing hats, bandanas, beer and water where needed. Fully recommend this trip.
