We were picked up from our hotel and driven to the area where we would meet our captain who would take us on our tour. It was worth the long drive! We loved swimming in bioluminescence, it was magnificent.

Tour was punctual, personable and well executed. The bioluminescence was amazing to see. I believe I overpaid by a lot as places in town would do it for 1/3 the price.

We had a great time on this tour hunting white bioluminescence. Our pick up was on time, the minibus was very comfortable and our driver, Johnny was great. The boat trip to the blackout tents was lovely and the white bioluminescence sparked off our skin like millions of tiny diamonds. Unforgettable!

The staff were really friendly, however our expectations were different than reality. The ride there was long and I am not sure it was worth it. The water was warm and when moved there was some bioluminescence. We were expecting more. The van was very well air conditioned, maybe too much for having been wet in the night time

Tour operator sent us a message the morning of the tour changing location (OK, we understand that can happen) and then informing us there was no English speaking guide available because the English speaking guide was drunk.

Mario was great, such a cool experience, would highly recommend this tour company. The owner played a fun prank on us that we got a kick out of. His driver got stuck in traffic so he rode his scooter over and said me and my husband would be joining him on the scooter. He was just letting us know the driver was running late, which was good I wasn’t about to have 3 adults on one scooter🤣. We had our own car that met up with another group on the boat. The moon was bright so there are tents you go inside to see better. So much fun

Our guide Mario picked my friend and I up at our hotel, and because we got there so far in advance of the other part of our group, our guide Mario took us out alone to the biobay. Swimming in the bay was amazing! Like floating in the stars. Mario was very nice and super informative. We had a great time. Highly recommend!

Best part was the clear milkyway(stargazing) and the illuminating water (white colors). Only downside was that is was kinda short and overpriced for what you get. Nevertheless a nice experience.

Ramsey was an awesome guide and very funny. The trip was enjoyable and the plankton were plentiful. Recommend as a nice way to cool off at night as well.

Wow!!!! This is all could say about this tour. The lagoon is pitch black but once you hit that really warm thermal water the water lights up just like advertised!!! I have no words ! This is probably the best night tour I’ve ever done. They give you around 40 min to swim in the warm water and it isn’t deep at all. I could touch the mud at the bottom. I highly recommend this tour!

El tour a la laguna fue una experiencia magnífica, con vistas únicas que valieron la pena. Aunque no me animé a nadar, disfruté mucho del conocimiento y la amabilidad del conductor, quien nos proporcionó abundante información. Sin embargo, la experiencia en el bote fue decepcionante: el capitán, que parecía tener unos 10 años, no transmitió confianza ni seguridad. El recorrido, programado para 30 minutos, duró apenas 10, y el retorno abrupto nos dejó sorprendidos. Inicialmente gracioso, pronto se volvió incómodo y carente de profesionalismo.
