Pickup Information: Upon arrival at Providenciales International Airport (PLS): • After clearing customs, exit the arrivals halls to the outside terminal. • Please give the dispatcher the name of your driver or company name to contact as no parking or signs are allowed, this is STRICYLY prohibited. •Your driver will then proceed to the airport terminal after receiving the dispatcher's confirmation. If you cannot find your driver after 5-10 minutes, please call or message us via WhatsApp at the number provided during confirmation. ⏰ Your transfer includes: • 15 minute complimentary waiting time after your scheduled pickup and we monitor your flight and provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight has landed. If we do not receive any communication after this 60 minutes, the booking will automatically be marked as a no-show, and the reservation will be non-refundable. If you experience lengthy delays in immigration, baggage claim, or customs processing, you must contact us immediately via the phone number or messaging platform provided in your booking confirmation so we can make the necessary arrangements. Failure to communicate delays may result in driver release and cancellation of service without refund. Please ensure you provide: • Airline and flight number • Arrival date and time • Hotel/Villa name and full address Please note: *SIGNS ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED* * Driver’s are not allowed to wait at the Airport Terminal, 5 minute waiting time as they will be arriving from a nearby parking lot. *All airport arrival transfers are private. However, any additional stops requested before arriving at your final destination (e.g., grocery store, restaurant, etc.) will incur an extra charge, payable in cash directly to the driver at the time of service.

KP and the team at Imperial Voayage were awesome and took excellent care of our large group! They were willing to make stops on the way for us, and even were able to arrange other trips for us as requested. Would absolutely hire them again when we return!

In the beginning it started off very well other than the strong smell of marijuana in the vehicle. The driver was very nice and gave us good recommendations of things to do during our stay. When we were picked up after our trip at our resort is when everything turned sideways. When we arrived at the airport he stated that we never paid and made an offhand comment when we gave him the tip asking if the cost changed. I showed proof of payment through Viator and was told that was only a one way cost. After going through countless contacts for a PayPal QR code I sent additional funds to a PayPal address to Queen Dimples… very curious if she actually works for this company. In the messages back and forth through Viator there was no communication about additional funds, just asked what time our pick up was. I feel like we were completely scammed. I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

Hi, Deanna, we pride ourselves in our flawless service from the airport to your hotel however we don't offer roundtrip on this listing for guests as yet, which we try our best to make clear on our listing.
This is a private transfer from the Airport to the hotel to avoid overcrowding at the airport, and to give our guests privacy on their way to their destination. Also, our drivers and our vehicles are routinely screened so we apologize for wherever the scent emanated from.
We tried our best to communicate to you that there would be a cost to go back to the airport privately, but you seem to have misunderstood and the driver that we sent to accommodate you, was simply asking for his payment.

The Man at the Airport that we were told to contact with, immediately contacted our ride and she was there within 10 minutes. She loaded our luggage gave us a nice cold water and we had a nice conversation to the short ride to the resort.

Karen was wonderful! She picked us up at the airport and even made adjustments after I originally gave her the wrong day. We ended up with Karen again when our hotel called for a ride for us. The traffic was bad this time and she took other ways to get us to our dinner reservations in amazing time instead of sitting in traffic! We also had her number to directly contact her to be picked up from dinner and of course she was there in minutes. Karen then saw us at the fish fry and was sure to come by and talk with us and help us out with recommendations so thoughtful and helpful of her going out of her way! I can’t say enough of how amazed we were of her driving and helpfulness with tips for our own driving.

Hi Michael,
We always track flights and adjust our pickup times accordingly. In this case, your flight arrived later than scheduled, and passengers were released well after the original 1:30 PM pickup time. This caused an unavoidable delay, and our driver was already on-site waiting for your exit from the airport from 1:15 pm. We do state that we allow an additional 15 mins after the time you booked for but you never communicated that there was a delay or your status. Our driver had already left on another assignment due to a lack of response from you. We understand how frustrating travel delays can be but we cannot control the time you booked for. However, you were not waiting for 30 mins, as we completed our other assignments and were already en route to you. Which was almost 3 pm more than an hour after you booked for. Please in the future, communicate your status as we thought you were a no show.

Kerian was waiting for us when we cleared immigration and got our luggage. Got us and loaded up and on our way quickly. Kerian was friendly and informative as we asked about activities and how the season was going. Driving style was smooth and courteous to other drivers. We made a stop at Graceway Gourmet for a few items before delivering us to Grace Bay Club. An enjoyable experience that I recommend to all.

We used Imperial Voyages four times during our vacation in Turks and Caicos, and every experience was fantastic! The team was always on time, friendly, and super accommodating. They offered great local tips on where to eat and what to do, and the rides were comfortable, safe, and reliable every time. Prices were also very reasonable.
We’ll definitely be using Imperial Voyages again the next time we’re in Provo and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, professional transportation on the island!
