At Providenciales International Airport, the Airport Authority does not permit drivers to park or wait directly in front of the arrivals area. Instead, the airport operates a controlled dispatch system using uniformed airport dispatch officers. PLEASE FOLLOW BELOW INSTRUCTION ON ARRIVAL; As you exits the customs area, you will be greeted by a uniformed airport dispatch officer, you must provide him/her with your name and/or ticket and advise them that you will be picked up by TCI EXPRESS TRANSPORTATION (they will already have your details), the officer will then call the driver to collect you. (For non-airport transfers, travelers to specify their own pickup/drop-off point)

The car broke down on the way to the hotel. Another car came within 10 minutes to get us, but after traveling for 7 hours, it was diappointing.

While we are grateful that our team was able to dispatch a replacement vehicle within 10 minutes to minimize the disruption, we fully understand how disappointing and frustrating it must have felt after a 7-hour travel day. Had to wait 25 minutes to be picked up after arrival. Driver was not waiting and ready. Taxi would have been quicker and more cost efficient. I paid the higher cost for convenience, what I received was inconvenience.

As outlined in the details of your booking and clearly displayed on your Viator ticket, the arrival procedure is as follows:

Upon exiting the customs area, you will be greeted by a uniformed airport dispatch officer.
You must provide the officer with your name and/or ticket and advise that you are being picked up by TCI EXPRESS TRANSPORTATION.
The dispatcher already has your details and will immediately call the assigned driver to collect you.
Once the dispatcher contacts the driver, the vehicle is released to the arrivals area, which can result in a short wait depending on airport traffic and congestion at the time. This process applies to all licensed private transfer providers operating at the airport.
We understand that convenience is a key reason guests choose private transfers, and we truly regret that this experience felt inconvenient. Your feedback is valued and helps us continue improving how we communicate and manage expectations around airport procedures that are outside of our direct control.

Return transfer was a no show , my client did not get their return transfer when it was definitely prepaid , a refund is due , not sure what happened , so a refund is definitely due and can go back to the credit card it was charged on . Thank you

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue with the return transfer for your client. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your feedback.
However, we would like to clarify the situation based on our records. Prior to the departure date, we sent a message via the Viator messaging center confirming that the pickup time for the return transfer was set for 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response from your end to confirm this arrangement.
On the day of the return transfer, our driver arrived at the hotel at 12:45 PM, well in advance of the scheduled pickup time. Upon inquiring at the hotel front desk, we were informed that your client had already departed.
Given these circumstances, it appears there was a miscommunication regarding the pickup time. Our policy states that refunds are not available if the driver arrives at the scheduled time and the client is not present. Since our driver fulfilled their obligation by arriving at the hotel as scheduled, we regret that we cannot offer a refund in this case.
We understand that this may be disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding of our policy. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The limo service was just fine. The experience at the airport is not good and has not improved in 10 years we have been coming here. Vans, cars, limos all line up to pick up people and it is a total mess and takes about 45 min to clear after a few planes come in.

SCAM!! DON’T BOOK!! Horrible service. We tried to reschedule the pick up date and they canceled my reservation and didn’t refund or provide credit. They forced me to make a new reservation and pay for it again.

Great service, fast pick up. We had a nice black clean SUV!
I never received a confirmation email for pick up to airport but i sent a message and they emailed me very quickly with my desired time and had no issues so smooth round trip transfer. The gentleman driving us were nice, but were not much talkers but I can't complain. Highly recommended.

The amount was to be paid fully upfront for a round trip transportation between the airport and hotel.
The cost was almost double the price compared to what a regular taxi would cost, which I was okay with given it was pre-arranged.
However, our flight was delayed a few hours, and the company refused to reschedule the driver to accomodate our schedule. They went out of communication and were not helpful at all, despite myself and my hotel trying our best to reschedule.
I do NOT recomend this company or service. I would reccomend having your hotel arrange your transportation, or arrange a one-way from the airport to the hotel, and arrange a regular taxi within 15 minutes of your desired departure time.
I am very dissapointed in how the service went down.

Drivers were professional and prompt, Made sure we were able to clear customs upon arrival and upon checking in, all was in orde before leaving. Departing island was smooth, again very professional. Vehicles are immaculate, highly recommend using.
