All positive... Driver was polite and helpful. Car was comfortable and we were the only passengers. Had to wait about 20 minutes for car to arrive after calling, but otherwise we got to our hotel quickly and stress-free.

Picked up on Time Driver had great customer and Truck was clean inside and out! Driver gave great recommendations what to do off the Resort ans where to go. The truck was nice and cool
It was horrible from the time I arrived at the airport in Turks and Caicos. I was in a wheelchair left outside in the heat watching several other customers using the same company get transported before I did. Similarly, when I was to be picked up from my hotel, the front desk staff had to also call the company to see why they had not sent a car to pick me up.
Both drivers were great and helped with our heavy bags. Our ride back to the airport was 15 minutes late, but the driver made up the time, and we arrived quickly and safely.
As instructed in the confirmation email, we contacted the company via WhatsApp the day before our departure to arrange the pickup time. No one answered the call, but someone texted back shortly after. Whoever responded came across as a bit sassy, which made me briefly worry that they wouldn't show up.
There was also some confusion at the office — they had my booking down for 2 people instead of 3. I ended up giving both drivers (on the way there and back) a copy of my receipt to confirm the booking was for 3, since otherwise they might not have been paid correctly. Lesson learned: keep your receipt handy and show it to your driver just in case.
Overall, despite the communication hiccups, both drivers were friendly, helpful, and got us to our destination safely and on time.
My boyfriend and I went to Turks for the first time and we booked this service. We had no experience with the area so we didn't know what to expect. Before we got there, we texted via Whatsapp our flight info so they knew what time we'd get there. It was us and another couple. We wait less than 20 minutes before the service arrived. Amazing service and we scheduled pick up at our resort to go back a few days later with no issues. Highly recommend!

The pickup was seamless. They sent me an email a few days prior with simple clear instructions. As soon as we walked out of customs, we told a guy standing right in front of the entrance that we have a “Provo Connection,” and they escorted us to the pickup area and they transported us and our luggage in an shared air conditioned van to our hotel.
We were metright outside baggage claim and car. was there within five minutes. The driver was cordial. The car was perfectly clean. Would absolutely use them again.
On time pick up in a nice suv. No one else was with us which was nice. I always go with Provo Connection when we go to Turks!

Transfer from the airport was smooth. Planning for my departure back to the airport was not smooth. The instructions provided indicated that I should contact them 24 hours prior to departure to confirm the details of the transfer. I called and left a voicemail and then sent an email. After receiving no response, I called again a number of hours later and still no answer. I called the helpdesk line and they were also unable to reach the local provider and suggested that if they did not show up as planned I could get a refund. I explained to him that my concern was not about getting a refund but rather determining now whether I needed to arrange for another means of getting to the airport. Finally someone called me back and confirmed my pick up for the transfer to the airport for the following day, which then went smoothly the following day.
