All positive... Driver was polite and helpful. Car was comfortable and we were the only passengers. Had to wait about 20 minutes for car to arrive after calling, but otherwise we got to our hotel quickly and stress-free.

Super late getting us from airport by 45 min.
Return date despite day prior texting to arrive at hotel at noon they came an hour early and left without calling; they did make it right by sending car again at originally agreed upon time but this added stress while awaiting assurance of pickup; this assurance did not come for about 25-30 min though.

Absolutely you need to arrange transportation to & from the airport but DO NOT BOOK PROVO!! They never came to come get us after having the blue shirt TCIAA people call them multiple times (that’s Provo’s protocol). This is not an exaggeration …we were the very last people at the airport. The entire airport, between 4 flights+customs, etc - Seriously, book ANY OTHER company but Provo Connections.
