They were over a half an hour late for pick up to and from the airport. We prepaid for round-trip transfers so had to use them and both times they were over 30 minutes late.Unreliable.

Hope you and your family made it home safely.
Sorry, we ran late for your departure you change your departure pick up 3 times. You sent an email for noon, and then you had the front desk call for 1:00 p.m., and then you had them call again for 12:30 p.m. You got picked up at 12:45 p.m.
On arrival, your flight landed at 2:17 p.m.
You sent an email at 2:23 p.m. stating that you have arrived. The process is that after clearing immigration and customs, ask the taxi dispatcher for Majestic. If that process is not followed, we cannot pick you up. If you were not pleased upon arrival, you should have said something. I would have refunded you and tried to make it up to you.

Majestic Tours provided exceptional service during our entire trip. From shuttles to and from the airport to shuttles to and from restaurants, they were fantastic! Drivers were super friendly, always on time and very reliable. Definitely recommend using this company!!

When we arrived, our shuttle was not waiting. So the nice taxi man called the lady. She was really nasty on the phone stating that I did not give her my information, which I did in the beginning. I booked it on the app so then she said she could be there in 5 minutes and as she was hanging up, she said, a few curse words. After she picks us up, we asked if she could stop at the liquor store and she was nasty to us and said no. I cannot and then later on. She goes, i'm gonna do you guys a favor I will stop at the store cause we're gonna change drivers

Thanks for your response. I want to kindly clarify a few things regarding your experience.
Despite not receiving any arrival information after contacting you 5 times threw the Viator system
asking for this information. We have all correspondence on record, and so does Viator. You also have it on the WhatsApp app.
The driver can only come to the arrival door for pickup when called by the taxi dispatcher.
We made every effort to complete your transfer when the taxi dispatcher called for your pickup. We extend several additional complimentary courtesies, including a supermarket transfer.
That was coordinated by the driver on the way to the resort because she could not meet your request because of other arrivals, although it clearly states that such a request is to be made in advance at a fee on our website.
Unfortunately, your review did not reflect the level of effort and service we provided.
We understand that the booking is prepaid, but requesting a full refund after utilizing both arrival and departure services, with added services
It feels unfair to our team, who worked hard to support your trip.

Driver was extremely hostile and rude around minor children and tried pressuring us to give her more cash although we paid for round trip service upfront. We also gave her a $60 tip the first way. Second way she wanted a $50 tip. She was 30 minutes late pick us up. Do not book with her company

Shame on you as a teacher.
You booked a 10-passenger van you arrive with 12 people. The additional students were admitted free of charge upon arrival. We stopped at the supermarket for 30 minutes for free.
On the day before return to the airport, you were sent a message 4 times threw Viator for your pick up time and that any additional person would have to pay. The time requested was 10 a.m., the day of departure. We send back a message that the pick-up time will be at 10:15 a.m.
You tip the driver $40 for stopping at the supermarket.
You refuse to pay the driver the $50 for the two additional people after asking all your students for money.
You provided no arrival information
You provided no departure information
You provided no name of Villa you were staying at
You were asked to contact our team the day before departure.
You contacted us threw Viator at 7:00 a.m. day of departure.
Our office opens at 9:00 a.m.
Your students were 15 / 16 and 17 years old. You mentioned that personally, when you asked what age is ok to carry them on an adult party boat
You also requested from Viator a full refund for a no-show of the driver.

We booked this to make things easier in our group. However, Communication was lacking- I had to reach out the night before our trip to get details on how we find them at the airport, what ticket we need etc.
The worst part was the return home. We still received no information. I messaged the company to ask what time we’d be picked up to go to the airport. No response, I messaged there times. Still no response at 8am our day of departure. Finally we had to have the front desk staff call to make sure someone was coming. Very poor communication and customer service. Added stress!

What to Expect
After Landing at Providenciales International Airport. You and your group will clear immigration and customs. A representative from the airport will meet and greet you they will direct you to your Majestic driver.
The van will say Majestic on the window.

Could not find our drop off location and expected us to use gps to guide him in a foreign country. Horrible communication for the return ride to the airport. We messaged to confirm Pickup or change pickup time and never got a response. It was only after I requested a partial refund that they responded rudely. Would not suggest. Glad we had a backup plan.

Pickup was 10 minutes late from the airport and 20 minutes late from the hotel, so prepare for it.
Staff now that responsive; expect to carry your bags yourself sometimes...

I hope you and your group made it home safely.
Because of new COVID protocols no taxi, car rental, or Private Van is allowed at the airport we have a process.
You advised the airport dispatcher and the dispatcher called your driver to come from the parking lot so I am so sorry it took us 10 minutes to go through traffic and get to you.
You had 15 pieces of luggage it is so shameful that you find it hard to help and ensure all your bags are in the van.
The driver was on time but had a problem coming through the gate because she did not have the code.

I would definitely recommend them especially when you have a big group. They were punctual and the van was clean. Our driver was amazing and very friendly. I also loved how they wanted to make sure everything was confirmed for your return transportation; made me feel very comfortable. The price was great as well.

Antoinette was great. Our flight was hours late. The airport taxi stand staff called Majestic and within ten minutes we were picked up. The van was big enough to fit our party of seven with luggage and it was air conditioned. She provided information in places to eat and things to do while here. Good experience all around.

We only waited about 10 minutes at the airport to be picked up. The van was clean and large enough for our party of 10 and all our luggage and the AC was cold and refreshing. The "boss lady" actually picked us up just to make sure we didn't wait too long and we might our driver just outside the airport which we found to be great customer service! We had two passengers who needed to leave earlier than the rest of the group and they accommodated us and only charged an extra $28. The picked up the rest of group at the time promised, again with a clean cool van large enough for our group. Please tip your driver! They deserve it!
