Even though our flight was delayed for about 1/2 hr. When we got to T/C once outside I was asked if I needed help I said I have a Deluxe transportation Service. Within 5-10 minutes Delroy arrived. Very friendly and courteous . Will book again

Delroy was excellent. Stayed in touch with is from right after booking until pickup from airport and drop off at hotel. He was on time and very courteous and professional. We used him for our return trip to the airport as well.

Very professional, super clean car, prompt service, friendly driver. Couldn’t ask for more. Man of the taxis in the area are in very poor shape. May cost a little more this way but worth it in my opinion.

We are sorry about your experience, however we did send down a white SUV to transport you to the resort. I am not sure why your saying it was a regular cab. some of our third party suv you might see a taxi decal display on the glass.

Both gentlemen were professional, friendly and safely delivered us to our destination without any problems. The car was very well kept and the air conditioning cold. The customer service was top notch!! First time booking private car service and there were information missing as well as some information that was provided was placed in the wrong section. Everything was verified and sorted out a week before our arrival. The pre arrival instructions given was very helpful in helping us navigate after getting through customs. Phillip was on time and very polite. His knowledge was amazing and he gave plenty of recommendations based on our desires. I do not see a reason to use any other company than this one. My family of 6 felt safe and most importantly comfortable with Philip.

Excellent experience...just as I read in reviews. Told the Beaches we arrived and had our own transportation...got security guy to call Viator and tell them to come on down. 5 mins later there they were. Great ride

Really nice large car which we needed with 5 people plus 2 golf club bags. I was so worried that we would not fit. But all three cars (large family trip with 15 people) were suburbans so we all were able to fit and it was total luxury. Phillip , our driver was awesome as well. Highly recommend.
