My husband and I had a great time with our tour guide, "The Goat"! We booked a last minute tour at 5pm and ended up being the only ones on the tour which made it a private experience. This was especially nice seeing that the tour next to ours was full of a bunch of drunk, obnoxious people. We got pi ked up and dropped off at our hotel. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and a good time! I also highly recommend going for the evening tour. The weather and water were beautiful, it was not too hot and the sun was starting to set, making it picturesque! We saw tons of sea turtles, lemon shark, some conch and jellies. I also think it helped that we weren't with a lot of other people to be able to see so many! Im also 6 months pregnant and had no troubles at all. The kayak is very low key and relaxing. Highly recommend it!

The tour starts on time, our guide is knowledgable and the nature is stunning! I love how our guide also takes care and love all the sea turtles we saw.
Great experience! Daniel was knowledgeable and friendly. Saw turtles, a ray, a baby shark, held a jellyfish, and learned about conch. Highly recommend!

This was a great experience! Archie was a wonderful guide. He and our driver were polite, knowledgeable and engaging. The equipment was in good shape and easy to operate independent of fitness level. We saw TONS of turtles, jelly fish and a lemon shark. It was a great value for the price.
We had an amazing experience on the clear kayak mangrove cave tour! Our guide was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. Pickup was right on time, everything was well organized, and the whole experience ran smoothly. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and kayaking through the mangroves was such a unique and memorable experience. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Turks & Caicos. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
The Mangrove Cave Tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Turks and Caicos! The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and exploring the mangroves and caves was such a peaceful and unique experience.
One of our favorite parts was seeing so many sea turtles—some of them were huge! It was incredible watching them in their natural habitat. We also got to hold a conch, which made the experience even more memorable. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour fun from start to finish.
If you’re looking for a unique way to experience the natural beauty of Turks and Caicos, we highly recommend this tour!
Excellent activity if you have kids it’s a must do in T&C the guides are very knowledgeable and they tell you all about the island and its importance. You’ll get to see the animals up and close. Every single guide is very helpful and they don’t rush you at all.

I went in wanting to see turtles, and this tour delivered! Easy to spot and sooo many. Lots of other wildlife as well. Wish we could have seen the lemon shark better, and our guide certainly tried, but they move fast and are hard to see.

Was a very fun experience … saw lots of turtles and a couple of baby sharks and conche. Met our driver by our hotel who took us to the Marina. There we met our guide Ashe who then hooked all of our kayaks together and pulled us to the mangroves. Once there we were unhooked and paddled through the mangroves while our guide pointed out the wildlife. Very enjoyable and not too strenuous. I’m approaching 70 and did not struggle.

Fantastic experience! From pick up to drop, everything was great . We saw so many turtles, jelly fish and lemon sharks. Our guide Achie was incredible and made sure everyone had an opportunity to get a great view of the lemon sharks. Highly recommend.
Bring sunscreen, your swimsuit, and learn something new. The communication and pickup/drop is off were flawless.

Our tour guide, Archie, was terrific and spotted so many turtles along the way. He kept our teenage son engaged the whole time. Have been coming to TCI for years to snorkel but the mangroves are an area of TCI we had not explored before and so glad we did. Go on the earliest trip possible as it seemed to get crowded with kayaks as we were finishing up. Saw several turtles, jellies, conch, and one baby lemon shark.
We had a great time kayaking through the mangroves! The tour was well organized. They pull you out on a ‘train’ of kayaks linked together to the mangroves and the guide leads you through the mangroves once you start kayaking. We saw turtles, sharks and jellyfish (which you could hold). It is a bit of a production with many tour groups going through but still a very unique and fun experience.
Amazing experience with our guide, Hachi! He showed us so many beautiful turtles! We also saw a lemon shark & jellyfish. The water is so blue, and the mangrove was so cool to kayak through. Thank you for this experience!
Saw tons of stuff - no idea how many turtles, multiple baby sharks, and jelly fish. Had a great time and our tour I believe was a few $s less than some more reviewed tours. We got out to the mangrove the fastest by far. Was a little worried a day or two leading up as I didn't have a time as it depends on the tide nor did I have a location. I placed a call and they were very respectful and quick with getting back to me the info I needed.
This was a fun activity. Our guide (Andy) was nice and informative. We saw lots of turtles and 1 shark. Be prepared to paddle, and you will get wet!

It was an amazing experience. We didn’t get to see a lot of turtles but it was still awesome being on the ocean. Wear a bathing suit and beach thong sandals because you will get very wet!

Its peacefeull and delivered on what was promised. We saw a grouping of turtles, jellyfish, conch, and a baby shark. The mangrove susem is a stunning wildlife sanctuary. Archie was an amazing tour guide. Groupd of 5 or less seem to work better. People could benefit from watching their own kayaking tutorials beforehand, if you've never been, they give you a tutorial/ explanationwhen there but learningon the fly could be difficult. You should coordinate if possible beforehand about pick up, we were told our hotel wasn'tan option via Viator but it was for the coordinator on the island. Would 100% do again, worth the money and time.

a LOT of confusion regarding transportation to the excursion site. I checked late in the evening the night before our outing to confirm pick up location and time. The following morning, I once again confirmed the pick up only to learn the Viator team did not hear back from the pre-arranged taxi and asked me to get my own. I was not able to find someone at 6:30 am and my daughter and I missed the trip and Viator's policy is No refunds.
It was great, saw so many sea turtles. We all had a fun time. I liked that it was easy to do and perfect for all ages.
Eve was the best ! My wife and I had a great time exploring this area, saw many more turtles than expected !
