- No prior experience is necessary. Just come, have fun and experience the exciting adventure.
- The entire trip may take from 30 - 90 minutes depending on number of individuals in your party. This includes the boat ride, the parasailing activity and dropping your party off. You will be in the air for about 8-12 minutes.
- No swimming experience is required. All takeoffs and landings are done from the boat and back to the boat. Also, you will not get wet as a result of the activity. Just remember, you are on a boat and in water, you may get wet due to water splashes.
- Our customers safety is most important to us. In the event our crew determines the weather is unsafe to fly you, we'll be able to accommodate you during your stay or refund you deposit.
- You may get light water sprays due to wind, so bring a towel. Also, make sure you have enough sun blocks on.
- Wear beach clothing, lots of sun blocks and prepare for a light water sprays due to wind and waves.
- Our pick up times are approximate. We'll call and arrange your pick up time. Also, there is a chance that boat runs little late due to constant pickup and drop off
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

What a fun and exciting experience!! The 2 crew members were helpful, careful and a lot of fun.
They took the time to get us geared up and to explain some safety and comfort things to us.
They answered all questions and made everyone feel at ease. As long as you can climb the ladder to get in and out of the boat you will have enough fitness to do this activity.
It was both exciting and fun. We were up in the air about 12 minutes, which was way too short of a time. If I had any complaint, I think that actual time in the air should be at least 30 minutes. Not that 12 wasnt great but it felt like a really short time to be up there for the cost of the trip. I would still do it again though.
I highly recommend this company and this activity. The weather had been unseasonably cool and windy so it was still a bit wavy but the crew made it fun and safe for everyone. They did not rush anything or anyone and took their time to make sure everything was attached safely.
They did not ask if we wanted to be dunked in the water so Im not sure if that is an option with this company. That might also have been nice just as added excitement for some who might choose it.
If you have never been parasailing or if you have gone from off the beach, this is a far essier and safer way to go. Absolutely a must do in my books as long as the cost remains reasonable.

This was absolutely amazing! It was my first time parasailing and I got to do it with my boyfriend. They even took a lot of pictures and videos on my phone. I recommend wearing your swimsuit for this. They let our feet dip into the water near the end, which was really fun and felt refreshing. It’s a quick experience, but definitely worth it!

This was so fun! Except I don’t believe we were in the air that long. Our boat ran out of gasoline or something and had to transfer to another boat.

The company staff had a great attitude. We chose to drive ourselves to the meeting location, but unfortunately we took the wrong road and missed our scheduled tour time. The company specially arranged another boat to take us out on the water. It was truly amazing.

Super fun experience. Took our family of 6 and everyone able to participate (youngest kid was 9). Felt very safe w captain & first mate, they did a great job. We went up in groups of 3 although they said 2 would have been an option as well. Each group got about 10 minutes of time in the air. Boat picked us up from hotel in Grace Bay. Overall really cool experience and would recommend!

18 minutes total from Beach pick up to drop off. The boat was 45 minutes late to pick us up and we had another excursion planned which has to be cancelled because captain clive was late. Do not use this company. Completely unprofessional !!!

Picked us up early which was nice. 2-man crew was definitely more interested in the happenings on their phones than paying attention to our family. No safety briefing, no casual conversation just noses in their phones the entire time. Parasailing was fun would parasail again just not with this company.

After waiting on the beach for a half hour, I called them. They said there was a mix up of which boat was supposed to pick us up. Another 15 minutes and they came for us. The parasailing was great, will use a different company if I ever do it again.

He didnt take any pictures. Didn't even ask if we wanted to take pictures....
After we were roped up, we asked if he would take pictures. He said if we gave him our phone, but we were already tied up so there was no way to give him our phone.
This was my mom's 70th birthday and we really wanted pictures of her parasailing for the first time.
He should've taken pictures with his phone and sent it to us.... at LEAST

10/10 experience all the way around. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from the driver on down to the photographer. He caught some amazing photos and really helped me even though I was terrified. Would definitely do it again
