We really enjoyed this. Boat ride was very smooth and covered a good distance. The food was very good. The staff was friendly. They also had a guy playing an accordion. Very glad we did this.

There is no shade. You are left baking the sun. The welcome drink is a syrupy concoction that draws wasps. I was stung. The service was indifferent.
Great food and view. Wife and kids enjoyed it. Get to see Prague from the river was amazing . It wasn’t the fullest 2 hr tour but it gets boring after a while. The waiter was insistent on tip which was annoying but otherwise overall good
I would have left 0 stars if possible, the advertised audio was not provided and when we asked staff, they told us audio was not offered on this trip.
I also requested the written guide in Danish, in advance, as my partner is not 100% fluent in English, this was also not provided.
Better than expected food and service. Gave us window table even though we had only paid for non window. Views nice though we did spend a good chunk of time in the locks on the river. Location given for meeting point could have been better. It’s not exactly at the address given—its across the street and down one level at dock 3B
The food was wonderful and the staff very friendly. We didn’t feel like we saw much of Prague. We seemingly spent most of our time in the locks.
The boat is quiet clean and service and food very good.. it was delightful trip up and down the river.
Great way to see the city and surrounding areas and gives you a totally different perspective vs. walking. Food was better than I expected and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

A pleasant way to view Prague from the river, especially if travel weary. Departures are from Prague Boats. Lovely vessel offering great service and an accordion player to see the mood. Drinks not included but reasonable prices.
It was a wonderful way to commence your visit to Prague, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The buffet food was fantastic and plenty of it. The boat was modern clean and comfortable. There was a chap playing music which was nice. There were maps available in many languages with keys on do you could follow the attraction along the trip . It may have been even better if they had offered audio for those not carrying their reading glasses!! But a definite worthwhile experience and a perfect way to see the fantastic sights x thank you

This was the most loveliest trip Food was fantastic staff friendly & it was just so special took you up the river which you get a map so you can spot attractions on way .
TOILETS WERE IMMACULATE
What a super fun time. The boat was comfortable, everyone was so nice. Departed on time. The music on board, accordion player, was a special surprise. The food was superb and plentiful. They never put it away. Dessert was good too. The cruise handout that showed the sites was nice, better than someone over a loudspeaker. A great lunch trip
It was well organized and on time, food is good and worth what we paid for since it’s for the boat cruise and lunch. The skies were not too gray during our cruise and the sights by the river was wonderful.
The lunch provided was delicious. Keep in mind drinks are not included (not even water), so you have to pay extra for anything you want to drink. The cruise itself is just that, there was no one pointing out any landmarks or viewpoints. It would've been nice to have a voiceover explaining what we were passing/viewing. It is also crowded... they pack many tables all right next to each other. Because of this, I think it's convenient to pay extra for the window seating.
The accordion player they had was nice, he walked from table to table playing songs.
The boat is amazingly clean and modern. The staff and crew are exceptionally professional and attentive. The buffet is huge with so many options. I would say the quality of the food is not the greatest. However, the overall experience more than makes up for it.
We were 15 mins early and on the boat, treated like we were late.
There was no guide calling out the sites not handouts made available to follow along, but there was an app that showed where you were if you got on the wifi and downloaded it.
The food was good.
The other servers were quite friendly.
For some reason, 45 mins in they were already trying to close out your check. And I believe there was miscommunication about the beverages. It made it seem like water and soft drinks were included in your fee and that you only needed to pay extra for alcoholic beverages. That was not the case. You had to pay even for a carafe of water.
All in all it was a lovely time.

We were visiting from the USA and booked this experience via Viator. When we were arriving and getting on the boat, we were immediately taken to our seat along the side of the boat with a great view of everything, and they immediately gave us each a shot of alcohol. Then a waiter came by and asked if we wanted any additional drinks that weren’t covered by our ticket, so we got some cocktails and eventually a bottle of wine to share. Eventually, the waiter comes up to you and tells you to go up to the buffet and get your food and it was a ton of food and it was all very good. They had fruit and salads and meat and potatoes and desserts like cheesecake and chocolate brownies. They also put a basket of bread on each table. There was plenty of time for taking pictures as you go past all the beautiful scenery and the bridges on the river.
Food was great! Amazing service! Definitely worth the experience. Great way to see most of the city!
Very relaxing river cruise with a nice selection of buffet style food. I would quote happily go on it again.
Food was excellent and very well organised to go to buffet.
One suggestion is to take a map when you get on board and seated. There is no commentary on sites so the map is helpful. We didn't discover map until half way through tour.
There is no panic to get on boat to find seats as everyone is seated by staff.
