Beautiful scenery but wish the service and amenities were as advertised.

The scenery was beautiful. The description of the tour listed the blue grotto and since that’s one of the main sights, we wanted to see it. For some reason, our boat was overlooked many times. Instead boats that came after us by an hour were chosen first. We waited 2 hours on the boat for the rowboats to come up to us to take us to the grotto and almost left because of frustration. The restaurant that we ate lunch at afterwards was delicious. The beach at the restaurant was the best of our vacation. The water was warm. In hindsight, we should have stayed here one hour rather than later swimming in a small bay. Where we lswam by jumping off the back of the boat ,it was quite deep, and we were the only ones swimming. We were told masks and snorkels would be supplied but there were none. The captain had one mask for his use. We were very disappointed about not having snorkel gear as advertised. Also, the captain never offered us drinks, we had to ask for them and he never offered snacks—- which we were told would be included. For the money we paid, the service and amenities were subpar compared to a day trip along the Almalfi coast that we took last year. Different company. Don’t know if the issue was the captain or this company.

An amazing day out on a beautiful boat! Our Captain Nunzio was a lot of fun and a great driver/ host. They even made lunch reservations for us at a cute restaurant on the water.
