We chose this tour as it was private and it was well worth it. Our guide Oscar Luis was knowledgeable and passionate about his heritage. We had an early start but was well worth it as we avoided the crowds and were lucky enough to see turtles. The first, open Cenote we had to ourselves which was fabulous but be aware that as it is in the forest you do get bitten badly by mosquitoes. The second underground Cenote was beautiful but as it was now later it was fairly busy. This is a great tour and we hope you are lucky enough to get Oscar as your guide.

We were very satisfied the tour. Heriberto, our tour guide, was very kind and took nice pictures and videos for us while we were in water activities at cenote and sea. We do recommend Heriberto for everyone who will visit Cancun. Only what we did not feel comfortable was that we were not able to bring camera in the sea to take a picture for turtles and we did not take enough time at cenote.

Arnie was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide. We visited Akumal to see sea turtles first. We saw several along with some stingrays. The cenotes we visited were not crowded and beautiful. Arnie took us through a cenote cave with snorkels and flashlights. Highly recommend!! Maria with Quest was very responsive and helpful with setting up arrangements the day prior to tours (pick up time/location/guide name). Overall, very well run.

Gerry was prompt and professional. This was a perfect tour for our family. Although our kids are too young to snorkel and only one swam in the Cenote Gerry worked with us to allow both my spouse and I a chance to see the turtles and even helped watch the kids while we swam in the Cenote. With kids we always have to be flexible and Gerry was exactly that as we changed our tour in the moment to stay longer at one Cenote then go to lunch instead of the 2nd Cenote. Gerry was very accommodating and even provided a kids car seat as an option. Life vests and waters were provided. It was great getting to the turtles so early as when we were leaving there were many people showing up. Thanks for such a great tour Gerry!!
