Pickup is available from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum & any place in the Riviera Maya. Pickups at Playa Mujeres or Costa Mujeres have an additional charge of 50USD fee total that will be paid the day of the tour. We pick you up at the lobby of your hotel or Airbnb. We really enjoyed this trip, very informative and the cenotes are not to be missed! We met so many American tourists who just stay in the resorts and don't see anything, please get out and experience Mexico!

A wonderful experience! Guide (Aranzazu) was amazing rerouting our activities to deal with the hard rains we had. We made the best of the day and still saw Tulum. So wonderful to see in person. Enjoy your tour!

The communication with the office in advance was a great start already, I knew we were in good hands! I was able to adjust the timeline to our wishes and they were super flexible. Our guide was Israel and he was so knowledgable and went at our pace! Vehicle was super clean and they had waters for us along with snorkeling gear and flashlights, They prepared us with what to pack and what to expect. We had the best time with jose Manuel. Wonderful at explaining Tulum and all the sites. Great at sharing his knowledge and experiences. The cenotes were magical! Highly recommend this tour it's worth every Penny and we have done many over the years in Mexico and this is by far one of the best!!!

Our Driver/Guide was Miguel and he was absolutely amazing. Such a wonderful, happy attitude and was very knowledgeable about everything. We had a blast the whole day but especially at the open Cenote where we could do some jumping into the water. Miguel took us to our favorite restaurant in Akumal called La Buena Vida and absolutely loved it. Thank you so much Miguel. We will request you again when we are back in Mexico.
