The crew on the boat are really good, the drinks are good, the snacks are mediocre. The biggest discrepancy is not the fault of the crew but of the agency that advertises us as a three hour cruise. In our case slightly less than two hours. Yesterday we were in the boat number 23 I believe, and we departed around 5:50 in the afternoon and we returned to the dock arriving at the dock around 745 or 740. Pm.
I think other people were surprised also because it's advertised as a three hour sunset cruise
My feedback to the company would be to improve the food a bit, and either make it a longer experience or correctly advertise it as a two hour cruise or less.
I will also mention that the photographers did a good job but possibly a little expensive for $90 in order to get around 30 pictures but still they did a good job I just kind of felt like the price was a bit expensive for that..

Regarding the duration of the cruise, we would like to clarify that while the experience is advertised as approximately three hours, in some cases the total time may be shorter due to weather conditions or port authority instructions. Safety is always our top priority, and adjustments may occasionally be necessary to ensure a safe and smooth operation. We understand, however, how this may have felt unexpected, and we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Shuttle pick up was on time and comfortable. The sunset sail was delightful; the charcuterie board was a nice surprise and well prepared. It was very choppy waves but that's mother nature. Cuddles to the staff, well done.
