Mixed reviews. The ride there was long. We started at the bottom of the hotel zone, went all the way up for more pickups, and came all the way back down spending one and a half hours only to be where they picked us up. Took almost three hours total just getting there. The place itself was nice. Staff was friendly and nice. However we didn't do most of what they advertised. No biking, snorkeling, or rappel activity. Lunch was good and lunch staff really great. When we were done with the cave, we immediately did lunch and got carted back to our hotel. No time for anything else. Also the cave is not good for young kids or anybody afraid of the dark or claustrophobic. You are up to your neck in water in small dark places. Lots of rock and drops and treading in water. You cannot hang onto anything to keep steady because the formation can't be touched. Head lights get turned off at many places and it's pitch black. Some kids were very frightened.
