Leo was amazing from the beginning! Very knowledgeable and engaging with us. This tour definitely pushed comfort zones with several of us. He made sure we were all taken care of and accommodating for all of our needs. He was amazing! Great sense of humor and genuinely loves his job. I will definitely be booking with them for future tours!! By the way, the taco stand quesadillas were AMAZING!! I wish I could have fit another in. Leo, thank you for making our day!

Great day visiting cenote

We had an amazing private tour with Josh. He was incredibly social and engaging, making the entire day fun and relaxed while we explored the cenotes. He made sure everything flowed smoothly and that we were always enjoying ourselves. Afterward, Josh took us to a fantastic local taco spot that was absolutely delicious and something we never would have found on our own. Josh was a great tour guide, knowledgeable and personable, and I would highly recommend booking a private tour with him.

I loved this snorkeling experience! The cenote was beautiful! We got to go into the cave to the river. The water is clean and fresh. There are little fish and vegetation, along with limestone boulders. The whole place was lush and beautiful. And the best part was the tour guide Leo - smart, informative, safe and kind!

This is exactly what I wanted. A private, customized experience with a guide to show us the best places to go. Caleb was awesome! We only had a few hrs and wanted to do specific things and he knew exactly where to take us and how to time it so we’d get back right on time.

Fun tour for groups

This was a great private tour. We stopped at 3 different cenotes, each a little unique from the others. In the first one, we were basically the only ones there. Our guide Josh and driver Gabriel were excellent and made the tour that much more fun. We stopped for lunch at an awesome local taco spot too that I wouldn’t have been able to find on my own. Highly recommend this tour.

Omar - Best Cenotes Tour Guide Ever!

The best part of this excursion was our tour guide Omar. He was great to spend time with, kind, funny, professional and informative. We always felt safe with him which is actually a lot when you're snorkeling through pitch black caves. The entire excursion was fantastic - really a once in a lifetime experience.

We had a terrific experience on our tour with our guide Salvador, who was absolutely great. He picked us up at our hotel right on time, then took us to 3 cenotes. We saw amazingly beautiful formations, particularly in the closed cenotes. Salvador was an enthusiastic, engaging, and knowledgeable guide, and it was a pleasure to spend the day with him. We finished with a fun trip to a taqueria that he recommended for lunch. Once again Salvador I apologize that my wife asked for a knife and fork to eat her tacos! We highly recommend this tour - Salvador, thank you for a memorable experience and showing us such great beauty.

We traveled from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen for this tour. Salvador was our guide and he was amazing. It felt like hanging out with a friend for the day. He clearly loves the cenotes and took us on amazing experiences. He was great at sensing how comfortable we were with different things and made us feel super safe at all the cenotes, which allowed me, a scaredy cat, to push my limits a little bit! I would recommend this to any traveler looking to explore the mainland. Absolutely outstanding experience, great communication at every step of the way, and an all around awesome day in Mexico. The tour was an unforgettable morning and early afternoon exploring cenotes and learning more about the history and geography of the region. Salvador was a gregarious, adventurous, knowledgeable guide. He adapted the tour based on our preferences (I wanted to explore more open-air cenotes having done a few caves in the past) and made sure that the day was a blast. I'd highly recommend this tour to any couples, families, or small groups. The private transportation and personalized service is worth every penny. I'm ready to go again!

The cenote tour was the best part of our trip! Salvador, our guide, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was extremely considerate of our friend who was pregnant and others who were not strong swimmers. Salvador chose a great place for street tacos afterwards!

Omar is really funny and offer the best options for your tour. He can show you the Mayan’s dolphins and the best cenotes to take pictures. He is a great photographer too and bring you to have lunch in a amazing local place, Aldeia Maya. Totally recommend!

This tour was incredible and worth every penny. Leo was the best host ever. He was young, charismatic, funnny and felt like I was hanging out with a friend for the day. He knew the best, least crowded spots and so much about the local history. He also doubled as an amazing photographer while we had fun. Highly recommend this experience.

This was the most amazing tour. Private and got to visit outstanding cenotes where no one was there. Tour guide was phenomenal and this is his family’s business. We had the pleasure of spending two days with one of the best guides we have ever had, Omar. Our family had such a wonderful time exploring cenotes with him that we booked a second tour during our vacation. You can tell that Omar LOVES his job and it's obvious that his top priority is making sure everyone is having a great time. The lunches that were included were equally as amazing as the adventures leading up to them. Our family (with teens) had so much fun laughing together during this experience. These tours were the highlight of our trip and we will all remember the experiences Omar gave us forever.
