Pickup details

Pick-up is scheduled 30-45 minutes before your tour's departure. Email confirmation of your exact pick-up time will be sent by the operator. Please check your email carefully. Kindly meet your tour guide in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. To maintain fairness for all participants, we must adhere to the scheduled departure time. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

Participants are required to strictly adhere to all instructions provided by the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator reserves the right to immediately stop any dangerous riding or inappropriate behavior, and no refunds will be issued
In the unlikely event that a tour cancellation is necessary, we will provide timely notification and offer you the choice of rescheduling, an alternative tour, or a complete refund
Though the Big Buddha's interior is temporarily closed, you'll still be able to witness its impressive size from the outside and capture stunning bird's-eye views of the area. This ensures a memorable and enjoyable visit
