We had an awesome time. The guide that took us on our ATV trip was awesome he took pictures of us and videos. Really enjoyed the experience would definitely recommend. Sad that the hog Buddha is closed but they can’t do anything about that.

The trip has no weight restrictions. Riders have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. No alcohol is permitted.
For passengers, make a reservation by specifying a child ticket, and driving is not allowed.
Pregnant women should not participate in the tour. People with disabilities should not participate in the tour.
During the tour, riders are asked to strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the right to stop any risky riding with no refund.
On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
The interior of the Big Buddha is temporarily closed, but don’t worry! You can still marvel at its grandeur from the outside and take in the breathtaking bird’s-eye views of the surrounding area. The experience remains as memorable and enjoyable as ever!

Extremely well run activity, the guides first showed us how to ride the ATV’s then we were off! The Big Buddha is currently closed due to a landslide (or possibility of a landslide) and no indication when it will reopen but could still go up to it and see from the back side of it, still very impressive! Then back to ATV’s, stopped off at a mountain top swing and then more riding, the guide was constantly checking in with us that all ok and taking photos and videos for us. Lots of riding all round and through the jungle tracks, a lot of fun! They also offer paintball and a zip line but we didn’t do those activities but if you wanted to go to one place to do them all, would highly recommend this group. Great value for money plus they pick you up and drop you back to your hotel!

Fun ATV experience with spectacular views of Phuket from the big Buddha monument

This tour was a combination of ATV riding and a bus trip to the big Buddha monument. We spent a couple of hours with a guide riding around trails at a recreation park. A lot of the trails were shaded, which was good because the weather was very hot. There is not a lot of safety instruction, but the guide kept his eye on us, and we did just fine. The big Buddha monument was absolutely gorgeous. Women are required to cover their shoulders, so bring a scarf, even if it is hot. You are able to walk around the big Buddha, and enjoy the views from a high point on the island of Phuket. We would definitely do this again!

1. Pickup is in a truck, not a van. It's a long, uncomfortable ride depending on where you are coming from. 2. The driver was smoking a joint right in front of us while waiting for us. 3. On the way back, the driver decided he doesn't want to climb up the hill to drop us. Left us at the bottom of the hill. No explanation, and almost ran over one is our friends. 4. The ATV tour itself was fine. The guides were good but the ATVs seem quite a bit beat up. One of our friends had a 10 foot drop and got away luckily with just bruises but could have been worse. 5. I've emailed Viator about the unsafe conditions and driving under the influence but no response back from them

I was really impressed with the ATV experience. Even though they had lots of people coming through, we ended up with two tour guides dedicated to our family and the exact activities we wanted. They quickly moved us from our shuttle to our tour back to our shuttle, making sure we had any ponchos, bathrooms, water, photos, etc. that we might want. It looked like a military outpost with their walkie talkies and logistics boards! There was tons of rain the day before and morning of our scheduled outing, so I was worried it would be cancelled, but instead, it was more fun with the mud. The course had lots of variety, so I didn't even fully realize how we were looping around the same zone following the guide. The ATVs didn't need to be shifted, so they were easy to drive for anyone. Know that other ATV places might charge the full price for children 12-15, yet not let them drive. My 13 yo could drive (and has an ATV license) with this tour, but they also kept him safe, sending a guide right behind him to make sure he never rolled back down a hill. The Buddha experience isn't on ATVs. We weren't super into taking a tuk tuk up to the Buddha covered with mud, and knew we could just take a cab at another time if we wanted, so we asked to stay on the ATVs, and they had no problem with it. They even added in a cool swing experience over a cliff when we opted out of the Buddha. This was the perfect kind of tour. With the traffic, booking longer and bundled tours was exhausting. I recommend booking a halfday tour for just what you want to do, or you'll end up being schlepped around in a huge group for a bunch of strung together mediocre experiences.

First, our tour guide was very good and made sure we enjoyed our ATV ride. He’s the only reason this review has 2 stars. What went wrong: -The tour says it provides air conditioned transport, it did Not. We were on the back of an open truck with uncomfortable seating. Don’t say you have a/c vans if you’re not using them, especially since we had to pay extra to be picked up. - Tour says it starts at 3pm. We arrived to the camp 3:15. Tons of ppl and chaos. Finally checked in and was told to wait 20 mins. We waited OVER an Hour and Half. Complained and they were very nasty. Threatened to get a refund and then they finally gave us the tour at 4:45!! -Tour started so late we finished our ATV ride in the dark. -They say your tkt for Big Buddha is included in the price, but entry to Big Buddha is Free! -We didn’t get home until after 8:20pm. We were picked up at 2:15pm for what was supposed to be a 2 hour tour. What went well: -Our tour guide was very nice and took pictures and video for us.

2 hour ATV trip including Big Buddha - excellent afternoon trip

It felt like mayhem when we arrived at the ATV/Zipline centre but we were eventually processed and driven up to the ATV site up the hill. The ATV guides were excellent and took care of us and quickly sorted out a new bike when the chain snapped. The trip up to top do the hill was by a pickup truck but we were given 40 mins at the top to look around with the 2 hour ATV option. More than enough time. The guides then took us to a big tree swing overlooking the bay. Lots of fun. We got lucky with the weather as it was hot and sunny but we would definitely recommend the 2 hour ATV trip and just be patient with the initial chaos at the centre. Great fun. Thank you!!

Exhilarating experience with amazing views at the Big Buddha!

This was my first time riding an ATV bike, and it was one of the most thrilling experiences ever. They gave us a quick test ride (the ATV bike is very simple and easy to maneuver, a long intro isn't necessary) and we took off. The guide was patient and looked after us all the time, providing us with water, taking pictures for us and even recorded us riding the bikes through the jungle with a stop at an amazing viewpoint. The road up to the Big Buddha isn't for the faint hearted as we were riding on rough terrain through the jungle, but it was totally worth it. We went all the way up to the Big Buddha where the guide let us roam for 30min on our own, providing me with a sarong since I wasn't appropriately dressed (very important to cover shoulders and wearing something that goes over your knees). Over all amazing experience. The only thing that bothered me (which I don't think this tour has any power over, since there seemed to be only one way to the Big Buddha) was passing elephants that seemed very mistreated... other than that, this experience will stay with me forever!

My husband and I booked this before we came to Thailand. Was easy to book and very reliable. Picked up from hotel and taken to location. Got our helmet straight away and headed to where the quad bikes were. Our guide was amazing. Good experience, did the activity solo so was just me and my guide. Lots of tracks to travel up and down hill. Good break at the Big Buddha. Bit dusty if you are going full speed like my experience..
